Worth a visit especially if the weather isn't good. Good range of aquatic creatures on show. Usual gift shop/café and an opportunity to play crazy golf on exit (at an extra charge) Slightly pricey for what it is but this is sadly the same with most attractions in Blackpool. Still worth a visit if your in Blackpool

The attraction is very good as when you walk in the door (once paid) you are met with a rock pool, here you can touch the shrimps, starfish and anything else that is in it. The monitors above the animal or creature are quite informative and let you know what the animal or creatures status is as to whether it... More

Visited yesterday with family and friends as pasrt of the online discount saver tickets. Brilliant attraction with amazing sights that can be seen in our seas. Get up close with whats in the rock pools or stand underneath a viewing tunnel with a shark above you. With all the amazing facts too it was a great day. There are areas... More

Visited with my son and neither of us enjoyed the visit. Firstly it seemed overpriced for what was on offer. Secondly the staff were quite rude and abrupt. The ones wanting you to have the obligatory photo were nice enough in a forced way until we said we didn't want a pic, then they turned their back on us and... More

We have Merlind Annual Passes so thought we'd use a rare weekday off to go and visit the Sea Life Centre Blackpool. We arrive don a day were there was only a minimal queue so we were in within a few minutes. We have been before but not during the week and it became apparent that this was prime time... More

Hi, Thank you for your response. I am pleased you enjoyed your visit and we appreciate the feedback. With regards to the interpretation screens we will review the times the screens are on each slide to ensure they aren't changing to quickly. We will also check the temperature within the aquarium as it shouldn't be too warm, sometimes the play... More

Visited again, does not appear as good as it was a few years ago. Very dimly lit along corridors and there does not seem to be any flow in the place. Seemed to go around in circles at some stages. Has photo taken as we went in never got to see it ended up in some crazy golf place and... More

Hi, Thank you for your review. I am disappointed you didn't enjoy your visit. The centre has changed considerably over the last few years to improve the experience for everyone. We have also improved the signage to try and stop people getting confused and introduced team members to areas to reduce confusion. If you would like to e-mail slcblackpool@merlinentertainments.biz we... More

Sea Life Centre is a fun thing to do if you get a wet day. Lots of different sea creatures to see. I would say though that the lighting is quite poor in places & it is not easy to see. That aside, we enjoyed it and were lucky enough to see the giant octopus being fed which was quite... More
