I LOVE the ballroom. I used to dance here with my Grandparents when I was younger. It has a lot of nostalgia and even if you haven't been before there are plenty of beautiful memories and history that can be seen. Definitely visit here when you can!

Afternoon tea is very reasonably priced. Lovely sandwiches, tea and cakes. The ballroom is just fantastic and it was great to see so many people up dancing and enjoying themselves. Very entertaining.

This really is an icon of seaside Britain, absolutely no doubt about it. Went in with our merlin passes, organ playing, folk dancing, great. Not my scene at all but you cannot argue with the joy it clearly brings so many people and the architecture is stunning. Well worth a look

What a way to while away the afternoon. This is a notice to those who do not wish to dance. You can pay a reduced rate and sit in the balcony just to listen to the organ. Phil Kelsall and the mighty Wurtlizer do not fail to impress. This rate is not advertised and is not easy to find out... More

We just wanted to say we have been there but it was really great to watch the dancers .. not official but very accomplished. Shame about the plastic containers for butter and jam with afternoon tea.

I was not expecting that room over decorated in rococo style, impressive. And also the nostalgic atmosphere of the old time dancers. I had a high tea, with scones, cakes and sandwiches...well, I could stay forever there watching the dancers floating thru the room. So bad I dont know how to dance.
