Pleasantly surprised by this attraction! The staff try really hard to make the experience an enjoyable one and delivered a hefty dose of 'horrible history' in the form of blood & gore & illusion. Possibly too realistic for my young daughter, but the staff whisked us away to safety without too much fuss and even offered us the opportunity of... More

Having done the London a Dungeons several times, I didn't know what to expect on this attraction, however I was rather impressed with this once I'd finally been able to try it. The dungeons here are noticeably smaller than the London ones as there are fewer scenes, however all of them still retain the high quality dungeon experience with lively... More

I sadly gave this an "very good" due to it not being how I remember the Dungeon being. As with all Merlin attractions you have to pose to have photos taken which they try to encourage you to pay for at the end which does get annoying with every place you go (sea-life, circus, dungeon, tussauds etc). Last time I... More

Had a great time here only downside was it was all over within a couple of hours. Staff are great and really make you feel like you have gone back to the dark days !

We enjoyed the tour and the talk all the actors were great and such charactors that they really made the dungeons spooky great experience. The only downside would have been the cost which was £13+ per adult but check like we did and see if discount vouchers available first.

We did not know what to expect from such an attraction but having enjoyed the pasaje del terror at Pleasure Beach on a previous visit we decided to buy a joint towers/dungeon ticket for £20 and visited on a Saturday morning, there were a total of 7 people in the tour so most of us got involved in the theatrics... Our first visit to a Dungeon attraction...and we had a fantastic time! The right level of claustrophobia, panic, fear, fun (yes, there was some fun) and lots of scares along the way. Definitely not for the faint-hearted. The actors were brilliant and good to see a mix of guys and girls! The dark atmosphere and sound effects were perfect in... More

Absolutely brilliant time had. Very well acted by all the staff there. Thrills from start to finish. Had a visually impaired person with us and went that extra mile for them. Must do if in Blackpool.
