This is a lovely zoo with lots of animals to see and read about and also includes the dinosaur land which was enjoyed by everyone. We had wheelchairs with us and everywhere was eaisly accessible. I have been before and found it just as enjoyable this time as the last time.

What an experience!!!!! We can't explain how amazing this was! The two zoo keepers were fantastic, so welcoming, friendly, really made us feel involved and relaxed, you felt like you had known them years. Meeting the Cats was unbelievable and something we will never forget. Most definatly worth the money. Highly recommended. We spent all day at the zoo and... More

Lovely zoo, everything is well laid out, animals look great. Went with kids and they absolutely loved it. Sealion show is a must!!!!!!!!! Food quite expensive and not very good quality but in future I will take a picnic..... watch out for the seagulls they like to pinch your grub....

I'm a bit unsure as to whether zoos have a place in this day and age, but having been here a couple of days ago I think there is a place for education and conservation purposes. It quite scary to learn just how many species are in decline due to the impact of our species and how we treat the... More

Went with adult daughter and 2 grandchildren, excellent value for money, we loved the animals and the children's play areas which were free . Prices in the cafe were very reasonable although we did take picnic and ate outside in the sunshine.

Had a really nice day, plenty to see and plenty of info on all the animals, go and watch the sea-lions and the bird show, great entertainment, there is the opportunity to feed some of the animals (at extra cost ) we all enjoyed our visit

First time visiting Blackpool Zoo and I highly recommend it to people of all ages and abilities. There is plenty to see and do and nicely laid out. There is disabled access everywhere, plenty of picnic benches scattered around and between most animal enclosures. Food outlets were busy around lunchtime and had to wait a short time for a table.... I visited here on 30.07.15 with my husband and 4 children aged 9yrs to 3yrs. We all had the best time. Kids smiled and got to stroke a Lemur. I did get a shock when a cheeky monkey in the Amazon enclosure jumped onto the pram and pinched a pack of crisps. It was very funny for the children. My... More
