First of all I would buy everything on line as i did as you save a lot of money. It's a easy and quick service at the gate....doors open at half nine so if you get there for then there not much queuing. I brought our entry bands, all you can eat and 50 games tokens. The all you can... More

We visited on 8/8/14 with our two kids aged 5 and 7 and had a great day out. Initial impressions weren't great as we queued for 20 minutes to get tickets from a desk with only two members of staff however once inside the park to our relief we found the queues were fine and all of the Nickelodeon rides... we only went to the park as we had bought Blackpool resort passes and entrance into the pleasure beach was included. in future we wouldn't bother. there was no organisation in the ques to get in, and people who had just arrived at the que were directed straight in past people who had been waiting for about 20 minutes. Communication... More

Visited on 15th August with Grandchildren and had to wait for about 45 minutes to one hour for rides. On one of the rides (rocket planes) I counted the ride going with 17 empty seats even although there was a huge queue. Very inefficient. Only one member of staff and took a full seven minutes to load people onto ride.... More

Firstly we paid with Tesco vouchers so it wasn't expensive. If you just turn up on the day it would have been. I don't understand how someone who goes on no rides has to pay six pound to get in? Seems abit much. On the front desk the man was very polite however when getting to what felt like American... More

The pleasure beach is a great day out whatever age you are! We saved a lot of money by buying tickets online. You have to collect your wristband at the front entrance which took us around 20 minutes as there were long queues, there is a lot of staff on though to help move everyone along quickly. Nickelodeon Land for... More

We went to the Pleasure Beach last October half term, the weather was lousy but we still had great fun and got a free return next day, courtesy of the rain. Wristbands are extremely reasonable if bought online in advance or you can use Tesco vouchers. We just loved the brilliant iconic vintage rides, there's something very special about rides... More

I took my 5 grandchildren ages 12 to 20 to the Blackpool Pleasure Beach on the 16th August and they were initially disappointed that the Big One was closed because of the high winds. However they had a wonderful time. We never queued for more than 20 minutes and my 3 grand daughter, who live in France, said it was the... More

Pleasure Beach is just a glorified funfair with overpriced food etc. It is no Alton Towers and unless you buy advance tickets online its not cheap either. Long queues for mostly old run down rides all over a very small area. Not very impressed
