Lets be straight here – Blackpool is skint. That’s the view you receive after a visit to Blackpool. The place seems to hang on to what used to be a vibrant holiday town, to now an EU funded landmark surrounded by out of date accomodation with little else to offer. spent wknd here celebrating birthdays, we made the most of it but blackpool has gone to the dogs extremely rundown seaside town rubbish everwhere supposed be family place all we saw was stags n hens (why hell anybody would want a hen do there is beyond me) fallin about drunk n swearing mid afternoon, proper rubbish hole only place we... Blackpool used to be an amazing place, I was here in June 2015 Summer. The council don't care about summer guest only September illumination guests. On arrival I found it to be dirty, run down, homeless everywhere begging, no lights, shops closed, rubbish everywhere, horse and bird poo everywhere, and all the piers were dated and run down. it was... This was our first proper day out as a couple so we had high hopes for it. Not long after arriving we were practically herded to one of the stalls at the front where you play fixed games to win prizes. I loved everything about my trip to blackpool. we went to Fleetwood on the tram. love coral islands bingo.it just has everything for everyone.

it may be a bbit of a dump but thats sort of why i like it, it not perfect and i love the atmosphere, there is loads to do and whatever anyone might say, i think its a great family attraction! take that from me! - chloe, 14

been to blackpool for the last 16 years ever year at auguest and we are still going they now we have seen the charges and they are for the best to keep blackpool for the next 100 years every seaside resort now have hen and stag partys and gypies selling things its a sign of the times there is still...
