Just back from a great day out, second time we've been but this time we tried the new net area - only one in the UK apparently - and was really worth it - 2 hours and quite a work out, better than any gym!! Food is OK but we took or own lunch and the did the ropes in... More

Like most Lake District attractions this is spoiled by being over-priced. Whilst the only entry charge is the car park (expensive) the tree top walk and the tree top trampolines cost a fortune - the latter £15 per child for max 2 hours. A family were complaining that it would have cost £82 for them and with kids pestering it... More

Really enjoyed the trip to Brockholes with daughter and 3 grandchildren. It is clearly signposted and easy to find. Others have commented that the parking is expensive - they should try living in London! There were helpful guides to identify where there were spare parking slots. You pay as you leave and as we were only there for a few... More

Visited here and my how its changed since i was last there. Lots of things to do but everything is very expensive and if you just turn up the chances are with the tree trekking and zip wire you'll end up with disappointed children as you have to book early or it fills up. The play ground is again expensive... More

Brockhole are hosting taster sessions throughout the holidays and on this occasionthe kids got tohave a go at archery, which they loved. Group was a little large so they only got to shoot 12 arrows, but at £5 each for the hour you can't really complain. they also went on the treetop play area/trampoline thing - loved it! We've all... On the last day of our Coniston trip we decided to call in at Brokhole as a last day treat....the indoor play area, although very nice is only suitable for very small children (under 3). The outdoor play area is in a great position but is incredibly expensive and if your child/children are under 7 they need an adult in... More

We have came from Lancaster almost every summer since my sons were born (now 11 and 8). We used to love wandering round Brockhole, walking down by the Lake and the children using the wooden playground. Today we went and the parking has became EXTORTIONATE to say it's at the side of a park. It's not short stay city centre... More

Visit Brockhole a lot and always have a great time. However on this visit was horrified by the price of the new trampolining attraction, as I have a child who would need supervision it would have cost me over £80 for 1adult and 3children to bounce. The attraction has been built right next to the playground so can't be avoided.... More
