We have visited here in the summer when the gardens were in flower and very attractive and the other attractions open and being well attended. Car parking is not expensive and general admission to the grounds are free. On a wet January day, the gardens were "hibernating" and peaceful with very few other visitors. The cafe was very warm and... More

Great place, treetop nets seem pricey for a family of 5 but worth every minute, they were fab, kids and adults alike enjoyed them and you get a solid 2 hrs on them. We went out half way and got a drink and came back. Staff are all lovely and friendly. There's a little climbing wall for kids near the... More

We turned up here on a truly rotten day, but even so it's not a place I'd make a special trip to. If you are passing, and you want a cup of tea in a nice place, with tourist information and a shop, and nice staff - the place was dead due to the weather, but the staff were all... More

Really enjoyed visitng Brockhole again. We have visited in the Summer, but this was our first Winter visit. The weather was very cold but sunny, so we enjoyed a brisk walk around the park. Brockhole is kept spotlessly clean, especially as dogs are welcome. We visited the cafe and gift shop this time and found both to be of good... More

A good day at Treetop Trek has been ruined by receiving a parking fine over a month later. Apparently there are signs but we did not see them so be warned!!!! We paid nearly £100 for the 4 of us, so you would expect parking to be included, not so. I appealed but they were having none of it!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your trip to Brockhole in October. We are sorry you didn't see the signs saying the car park is a pay on exit car park. These are visible on the way in to the car park , as well as on the TreeTop Trek building as you leave and... More

Didn't really meet my expectations, a bit of a disapointment. Thought a visitor centre would have a bit more going on but it's a little dare I say...boring?

Thank you for your review of your recent trip to Brockhole. We are very sorry to hear you found our visitor centre less than thrilling and would be interested to hear your ideas for what a Visitor Centre should be like! We are currently redeveloping the site and have introduced a number of new attractions for visitors over the past... More

Visited here 5th Dec on a cold damp day so we were virtually the only people there. This nor the weather deterred us and we set off to view the grounds..no high wire for these OAPs! We followed the Beatrix Potter nature trail boards at times and loved the memories of reading the stories to our daughters. They were most... More

Great setting, decent cafe and nice for a short walk. Feels spoilt by new high rope activity- much busier than previously and changes whole feel of the place.
