We were based in Kendal over 1/2 term holidays as we love Lake District and visit 2-3 times a year. Found this site while looking for something to do as we knew last day was going to be a wet one. Never done this before booked for 11 am next day two adults and one 9 year old, Fantastic time... More

We did the mini trek which lasted an hour and a half it was really good fun and just challenging enough for my 7 yr old. The zip wire is included in the price and booking is essential. The staff are really friendly and helpful if your children get stuck on one of the tasks

A group of eight of us did the trek and we all enjoyed it. No safety worries. However one over 65 who has quite delicate fingers has had joint problems since which is believed to have been caused by clinging on tightly to the safety rope. Zipwire is brilliant.

Be warned we paid nearly £100 for Treetop Trek, my kids really enjoyed it, however we received a parking fine over 1 month later, apparently there are some signs but we missed them. It has made for a very expensive day out. Personally I think they should have made it much clearer that you have to pay for parking as... More

Thank you for your feedback, I am very glad to hear your family enjoyed the Trek with us and I am sorry to hear of your parking difficulties. As discussed in our direct correspondence, Treetop Trek is nothing to do with the local authority and as such have no control over parking charges in the National Park, any more than... More

The tree top challenge was great fun. Instructors were very friendly, informative and professional. The whole course was undertaken in the treetops without having to come down to ground level at all. Very safe and secure...no clipping on and off all the time.

All the fun of tackling obstacles high up in the trees but with the added bonus of the wonderful views of Lake Windermere. Fantastic way to spend a couple of hours.

This is an awesome place. Visited with a group of friends who I had recruited to help me get over my fear of heights. The staff were brilliant and helped everyone who were a little (or a lot!!) nervous. The courses are quite difficult at and you need a certain level of fitness to get round. The three line Zip... Took a punt and visited this attraction although expensive I feel that was justified. The young instructors were helpful , enthusiastic and very encouraging to my children . This is a challenging activity for beginners but we always felt safe at all times . Would recommend a visit the highlight being the 250m zip line wow!
