I came with my friends two girls and we decided to do some painting of different ornaments. The lady was very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Would definitely visit again if I am in Penrith again.

Its a lovely place to go with the kids, my son is just three but he was telling us if we could go back the next day but its impossible because we are from glasgow. The only problem is you only get an hours parking which means you need to be done within an hour.

My friend had organised this activity as a way for my little bridesmaids and other children who were attending my wedding to get to know each other and create something for a Wedding present. We all decorated ceramic bells with paint and had a real laugh doing it! We were allowed to bring our own food and had a demonstration... More

We came back again on our holiday as the kids enjoyed it so much last time. They used the potters wheel and had a go at decoupatch.

Thank you Kathryn and Helen for a super afternoon at Crafty Monkeys. This is a fab fun way to entertain the family with loads of choices and something for everyone. We all enjoyed the potter's wheel and look forward to collecting our fired pots in a few days time.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We all sat and did something each and it was lovely just to relax and paint. My two children loved it and are extremely proud of their ornaments. We can't wait to come again in the next holidays but we are going to do the potters wheel aswell this time.

We carried our 5 year old daughter to Crafty Monkeys on our trip to the Lake District. It was a really enjoyable experience for the entire family. Totally enjoyed making the clay pots and painting of various objects. The staff were very helpful and quite accommodating. I will recommend it for parents with young kids.

I visited Crafty Monkeys with my 5 and 7 year old daughters, my husband and my parents. My husband isn't really into things like this so he didn't join in but he really enjoyed watching the rest of us. You can help yourself to tea and coffee at a small cost. I designed a mosaic mirror and the rest of... More
