Went with great expectation for a Cumbrian breakfast. Stone cold bacon and sausage, raw poached egg, burnt bread soaked in Olive oil, 30 min wait, simply atrocious. Lovely waitess not her fault the cooks rubbish and deliberately burnt out food when we sent it back. Can't believe Peter sidwell would want to be associated with that standard of food.

I love The Rheged Centre and I always visit. A beautiful building. It has it all. The shops are lovely- there is a beautiful sweetshop with a wide array of candy- including a few lovely vegetarian products! We purchased books from the Giftshop, and many items from the food hall, which never fails to impress. I could spend all day... More

I have always lived Rheged. Something for everyone. I went to the soft play with my niece and she loved it! Lots to do and see at Rheged. Good outdoor play area too but was wet when I went.

We liked the menu but not the stairs. We liked the shop but not the lack of helpful service. Good biscuits during the day and a helpful team.

Held our works Christmas Dinner at Rheged last night, what a fantastic night. From the moment we arrived we had welcome drinks, and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff were on top form to ensure we all had our food served at similar times, no one was kept waiting. The food was presented well and tasted great. Whilst we ate... More

I was at The Rheged for a conference and arrived early for breakfast. The food was amazing. Good choice of healthy or full cooked breakfast. I think with all the delegates there they were rushed off their feet and it took a little longer than expected to get the food. But well worth the wait

I have been here a few times. It is a good wet weather option whilst in the Lakes. There are art displays and a variety of shops selling higher end local produce. Time it right and you could see a film at their IMAX screen. Cons; deli shop had far less choice, cinema was really expensive for a 55 minute... More

Good Morning. Thank you so much for your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed our pottery painting workshop, the IMAX style cinema and a number of our shops. Unfortunately when you visited Taste Food Hall, it was not looking its best as our farm shop buyer had been focused on developing the new farm shop at our Gloucester Services.... More

Good Morning. Thank you so much for your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed the India's Disappearing Railways Exhibition - we felt very honoured to host this and the accompanying lecture by Catherine Anderson. However we were very disappointed to read about the marathon you had, when it came to paying for the book, which accompanied the Exhibition. This... More

The childrens outdoor play area had never been open when we have been, and we have been about ten times. The cinema is expensive, the deli shop has a lot less choice than it used to have and the shopping is not as good as it was. Those are the negatives, the positives are: It is a good wet weather... Good morning. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that the Outdoor Play has always been closed on your visits.
