Searched the place out after hearing there was a game on while we were in Keswick. Away from the town centre a little but well worth a visit. Cheap parking, good cheap beer compared to the rest of Keswick and a fantastic setting to watch a game. Shame the opposition I watched Keswick play weren't too good as the game... More

Off the beaten track from the main square but well worth a visit. Sit outside and enjoy a well priced pint. Also a good place to park for about £5/day which goes to club funds. Good fairly basic snacks and meals.

Called in by chance as we were passing. Great pint and friendly staff. Very enjoyable. Will call again for longer next time.

Without doubt the cheapest beer in Keswick by some margin. A round of two pints of ale in here is a mere £5.60 whereas some of the places we did go charged £7.40. You don't need to be a member to drink here, just be prepared to take a short walk out of town slightly to get there.

We went to have a look around while we were there. Also went to the shop that was attached. Had a nice day, as my Son loves football we had no problem seeing the ground. Very kind of the staff..

The rugby club has a public bar and is well turned out but it's main use is with the parking area for £3 you can park all day and it's only 5 mins walk into town

Attended the Rugby Clinic in July for another fabulous “Ladies Night”. Summer punch cocktails on arrival and the tables decorated to Jackie’s usual high standard. The buffet was outstanding as always with very reasonably priced bottles of bubbly at a tenner to accompany it. Fun & games followed the buffet with the gorgeous Dixi Tucker, who seems to improve with... More

During the three week the Keswick Convention is on you can park all day at the rugby club for three pounds. This beats the town car parks hands down because parking can be expensive in the area.

We have often meant to visit here in the past when staying at the nearby campsites. On this occasion we stopped off for a beer en route back to the campsite after walking around the lake. Very pleased we did. The Jennings bitter was excellent. We decided to visit the following evening for steak pie and chips with another pint... More
