All age groups will enjoy this attraction. It took us about 45 minutes to go round and some of the illusions are truly amazing. Popular with school parties, etc. but the helpful young lady taking the admission money will advise if the attraction is busy or not. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it - and we are OAP's.!

We went there on a rainy afternoon, during the week so the place wasn't busy at all. That allowed us to spend a lot of time in the rooms/exhibits where you can take pictures of yourself, which was great for us. While the other illusions are fun - even though lots of them are widely spread nowadays - those rooms... More

We went here one morning when the weather was bad, good value for £3.50 entry fee. Various fun optical illusions with lots of explanations on why they happen. It's not a massive place but kills an hour or so, with a shop at the end to buy lots of different tricks and things

We recently visited the Puzzling Place and really enjoyed it, I have been to Keswick many times but for some reason have never been in here. Would suggest this as a good activity for a rainy day, such as the day we went on. We spent a good amount of time looking at all the different puzzles and taking photos... More

It is £3.50 for entry. It is located within Market Square on the left hand side. Its good for kids but not so for adults as some illusions aren't that great, Although the shop assistant was somewhat helpful in telling us that a bunch of school kids are inside at the moment so its best to go back in half... It was a fun, just shy of an hour walk round the interactive exhibitions. My friends daughter loved it and we got some great photos which is all part of the fun :) Worth the money for a one off.. Top Tip - on Bank Hols visit early or late to avoid the crowds... we were naive and had to... More

Went here on a very busy Easter weekend. Whole place looks a bit dated. Didn't go into one room cause people who came out said they felt sick! Some of the puzzles were very good, lots were obvious. Cheap enough entrance fee and good way to spend an hour or so

In the midst of the town, take a 30 minute (or longer) break to visit The Puzzling Place. It's not a steep entrance fee and dogs are welcome. You will learn so much, and I am still feeling mildly nauseous about my experience in the anti-gravity room!! Both daughter, ourselves & parents (their idea) loved it!
