We went to see Tomorrow Land with George Clooney (wife enjoyed this!) With the kids at one of the two screens. We paid £25 for a family ticket (2x adults, 2x children). We didn't fancy staying in our hotel, and it's conveniently located on the high street. The staff were chatty to my 9 year old, which was nice, because he can... More

My husband ordered 2 tickets for my Christmas present to see Paul Foot in 16 May 2015. The first fault was that he had asked for the tickets to be sent to his mum's address and they came to ours and I opened them so my surprise was spoilt in November. Having looked at reviews I already had my reservations... More

I've been coming to the Brewery for years now and they always have a great selection of Music, Comedy and Drama. Great intimate spaces with good character. But I'd give the restaurant a miss.

This place has been going for years. I was there about 25 years ago before going back in 2014. It still has good music and good beers.

Visited recently to watch a favourite band of ours (Dreadzone). Great, small intimate venue. There seemed to be plenty of diverse entertainment on offer at the Brewery which also houses a cinema, a restaurant and a bar. Excellent night out.

These guys seem to be making a go of supplying a steady stream of diverse arts and entertainment offerings. The night we were there, they had 3 different things going on and the lobby and cafe were bustling. We attended a reading with 5 poets -- and they were all paid to perform, unlike the usual "do it for free,... More

Kendal is fortunate to have this eclectic and convenient social venue. There really is something for everyone here. Film buffs have 3 regular screens showing all the latest blockbusters, whilst, at the Warehouse, you can see cult classics and some of the less mainstream offerings, all in armchair comfort. There are also regular gigs in the Malt Room, a theatre,... More

The Brewery Arts Centre offers a complete complex of diverse entertainments. Multi screen cinema, two theatres and a choice of cafes and bars; all on a single complex of incredibly character that rises up the hillside near the cente of Kendal. WiFi also available. Fun and character-filled. Visit it and see!

This island of calm in the centre of the often busy town of Kendal is a Must See visit for anyone visiting the English Lake District. Known as the Gateway to the Lakes, Kendal is well worth a visit whenever in the area and is an excellent wet weather visit on a rainy day. The Brewery Arts Centre has it... More
