Obviously a labour of love for the owner of the museum whom I believe may be the polite gentleman you buy your ticket from. My two year old loved it! It isn't a commercial venture by the looks of things but if you go with the right attitude and get into the spirit of things then you will enjoy this... More

We went here after visiting another local attraction, and after reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised! Yes it's very small, in a gruby area and in a very dated, dusty building! However the kids 5&8 loved it! It had lots for them to do from finding stamps to complete there sheet, to an archaeological dig!! It had lots of... More

We went here on a rainy day as the queue to get into another place was very long. Man on desk was very friendly and at 10.50 for 5 of us,it was cheap. Teenager wasn't overly keen but my 7 and 5 year olds enjoyed it. Liked finding the stamps and looking at the parts of skeletons. Upstairs, half the room... More

We visited dinostar on our holiday in yorkshire. It was a very very small place. It look us less than half hour to get round and see everything. We went on a sunday and it wasnt very busy which was nice. I think for what it is the price is a bit high. Should maybe be a donation or a... More

I'd already read the reviews so knew what to expect! My husband hadnt and wondered where the hell i was taking him!?! He has the same opinion as me though having visited! Its a strange place in a strange location! Needs alot of money spending on it! But that being said my 2yr old and us as parents enjoyed it!... More

I visited Dinostar with my little boy who is three, if you can get past the cosmetics of the building itself it's a great little place for kids who want to look at dinosaurs, they have interactive games and lots to discover, we had a great time and at £3 for adults and £1.50 for children it was great value!... We visited today as we were already in Hull. Although I wouldn't have made the trip especially, our children, (4 & 6) loved it. Yes it's not the British museum, but for £9 for all four of us, I couldn't fault it. Lots to do and touch which little kids love. Friendly chap on the door. If you're in Hull... More

This place has obviously been created out of a love of dinosaurs and with a 4yr old who is obsessed I can understand the love and passion. I feel this place is missing local council and govt backing and funding as it could be bigger and better with some tlc and more importantly money. It's inexpensive to visit at 3... More

We took our two boys after seeing it advertised in several local guides. We were ll quite disapointed as it was frankly rubbish, just small grubby and we left with two not very happy boys...don't bother.
