It used to be good. Now it's full of phone shops. It's easy to find something to wear as plenty of clothes shops and you can get your food shopping too. It's cold in the winter but isn't every shopping centre. It has a cinema gym and restaurants so you can spend time here

As usual with Hull, it's a city that seems to be happy being a good 15-20 years behind the rest of the country, and this shopping centre is no different. Although a modern shopping facility, whoever designed it needs a P45 sending to them. Cold in the winter, riddled with narrow 'bottlenecks' and laden with obstacles, it's a disaster of... More

Huge Tesco that in the recession I think Tesco regret. It has some good shops but is another clothes place (like Princes Quay used to be) I don't think it is planned that well but I like the upper floors better as they have all the great places to eat but windows would have been nice.

I feel sorry for the people of Hull having this as one of their shopping centres. This has got to me the coldest shopping centres I have ever visited...and that's INSIDE. There is a freezing vacumn of a cold wind blowing right through the centre. We sat outside Greggs having a drink and it's a wonder we didn't catch the... More

We visited this venue on a shopping trip to buy a dress for our niece's birthday treat with 1 in a wheelchair , we found the mall to be quite large and on two floors accessed by escalators and lifts so no problems with access for the wheelchair ! what we did notice straight away was how cold it was... This is the coldest and most miserable shopping centre I have ever been in. It goes uphill from the entrance and the floor is shiny; in the wet it feels like you're navigating an ice rink. Tatty fixtures and crossing the road outside is like taking your life in your hands. There is a far nicer warmer, shopping centre -... More

We visited our friends in Market Weighton and they took us into Hull for the day, we went into this shopping ctr & were quite surprised at how many shops there were to browse in, our teenage girls loved it, as they do, alot of the shops were occupied, as nowadays you find alot of shopping ctr have empty shops,... Well it is what it is, a shopping centre. Hull's shops are great and some of them are in St Stephen's. It's not massive and it's a bit dominated by Tesco. But it's good as part of Hull's shopping offer. Go to Jameson Street as well, there are some great shops there too.

Generally a cold experience, even in the summer!! Usually feel like I need to kill someone towards the end of my shopping trip there! Not good energy in the building and gives a feel of needing to rush through, just to get out!!! Shops and food options ok, nothing different or original at all!! Ever seen that film about people... This shopping complex always seems to be bustling with a vast array of different people, however always freezing cold! The selection of shops certainly doesn't warrant a special visit, however the big Tesco is good.
