The Nature Reserve has a variety of walks and the wild fowl that can be seen is rather splendid. Picnic area & just along the road is a small cafe .

It is a lovely place to visit but please be careful as there are many dogs who are not on leads. Two dogs run at my toddler and knocked him down; luckily they were friendly but the owner was obviously not watching them.

Lovely peaceful spot with bird hides as a bonus. When we visited there was a food van selling amazing bacon sandwiches made from crusty bread cut very generously!

Great place to walk the dog, ride a bike, hike, bird watch or just stroll about. New addition is well-designed child Play Area next to the snack van. Fab views across to the mouth of the River Stour ,to the South and with binocs, Seals can be spotted on the mud- banks.

We visited there today taking our dog with us. The park is well maintained and the new swing park that's just been installed is fabulous. A great place to visit for the family, recommend highly.

A great place for a walk & a bit of bird watching, a shame you have to keep your eyes on the ground to avoid masses of dog mess!

I've always enjoyed running and walking through Pegwell. The bird hides offer good viewing at high tide, there are interesting points of information (pointing out, for example, the tank barriers from WW2) and it's easily accessible from Margate/Ramsgate.
