This new venture is in the actual Glass House Area. It is, Run by Janice Dadds in conjunction recently with this amazing plant that has shot up through the roof of the glass house. This has been on BBC 1 news and since many people have been coming to see this amazing plant that only flowers every one hundred years.... More

A nice expansive park with lots of separate fields to spread out. We especially liked the children's play area, but there were lots of grassy fields for sports for older kids. We didn't get a chance to stop by the cafe or conservatory and were sorry we missed it.

Not a bad park overall, some nice open spaces to play, access through to the beach and a decent park for the children to play. Only down side was the dirty toilets, with no water to wash your hands. Hand sanitiser or wet wipes are a must. Thought access to washing hands facilities was standard in public places. Reported to... More

Lovely park beside the sea, ample parking near entrances and there is a cafe inside the park. Lovely children's play area and a great place for walking too. Best day to go is in July for the annual teddy bears picnic in aid of charity. There are so many things for all the family and all in a good cause... More

A beautiful park if only there were better controls on dogs. Dogs mess everywhere and the stench of urine and feces can be smelt as soon as you enter the park. Seriously the council need to do as the Americans do and caution off an area in which dogs and their owners can walk and let their dogs foul. On... More

A great place to spend some time. Right on the coast. I take my 94 year old Mum a couple of times a week weather permitting

Trees, café, toilets, playpark, lots of grass and even a sea view in the distance :) Is the best park in the area!

I grew up as a teenager in Broadstairs and often visited the park. Have been back on visits to my parents and taken my son when he was a bit younger and now my dog too. This was originally the grounds of East Cliff Lodge the home of the Victorian philanthropist Sir Moses Montefiore. The house was demolished in the... More
