Took my godson here and he loved it. A good range of things for the kids to do from climbing to swings which would keep the kids occupied for hours. We will return but maybe when its a bit warmer!

My daughters mum told me about this place but neither of us have been. We parked up by Victoria rec as I wasn't aware of how to get there I could only see it from the road. So after our 20 min walk via Google maps I realised the price of 10p to park for two hours was frustratingly cheap.... More

Toddlers Cove, once a dingy little park with rusted old equipment has a a fantastic transformation. My 2 children love this park, there is so much to do and suits various ages as there are different things for different capabilities. In the winter the ground does turn into marsh land given the proximity to the river and becomes slippy and... More

You can access this via St. Dunstans by car, good parking available or through Westgate Gardens. A child's heaven and even outdoor gym equipment for adults. This is also accessed from the Stour River path from Canterbury to Chartham. You can visit this as part of a circular walk. It is an incredible provision by Canterbury for its young population,... When my family visited we wanted a child friendly area to let off steam. Young and old enjoyed the recently refurbished play area. Swings, slides and forts were the top attractions.

Plenty for everyone to do. Brilliant play equipment for the children and outdoor exercise equipment for adults. Food stands usually there in the summer although the toilets could be cleaner. My daughter wouldn't use them as they were rather filthy so I ended up taking her and her brothers to the toilets in the high street. Other than that though,... More

Toddlers Cove has recently undergone quite a transformation and generally is really great for a day out. Lots of good equipment for all ages. Toilets, Tea Van and Ice Cream van there as well. Parking is limited, so suggest you get there early. Shame there aren't a few more picnic benches.

Good play facilities set in a beautiful location. It's a shame there is no sandpit or water play (you'd have thought the latter would be fairly simple given its proximity to the river). VERY boggy in the autumn and winter, but fine with wellies and waterproof trousers. Nice also to walk out of town from here along the river to... More
