Well, much like the previous review! I would 100% NEVER recommend this place for a works Xmas party...... Especially at £40 a head. Again, we couldn't find the room we were meant to be eating and had to ask a random person. On arrival, there were welcome drinks on a table as you walked In the room but they were... More

Would just like to warn everyone to steer clear of this venue for christmas parties. We went there for our work do and it was a largely a disaster. I don't usually resort to lists on Trip Advisor but I think it may make life easier for the reader if I do. This is a real example of a company... More

Home to Kent County Cricket Club. If you enjoy genuine first class Cricket this is a venue that is a 'must'. Take a day (or two) out and sit in sunshine and enjoy some excellent sporting entertainment. In particular check out 'Cricket Week in July/August or visitng International cricket teams each summer. Entrance prices are extremely good value and there... More

Easy to access with some car parking. Bar available, but it can get busy. Good place for business meetings when there's no cricket. Lots of seats in stands and at ground level.

As a Kent Cricket supporter, this is obviously going to be a positive review, but I really do rank the St Lawrence ground as one of the nicest places to be on a sunny afternoon. Fantastic staff, a beautiful pitch and great facilities (although not quite enough during county championship matches unfortunately). Even if you don't like cricket, it's difficult... More

Everyone must do this - I really enjoy an evening over at St Lawrence, beers, burgers, good cricket, big crowds! Just need Kent to play a bit better!!

a great way to spend a sunny afternoon. The ground was easy to find. There was plenty of space to sit, several bars and places to get food.

Love this ground, real old school cricket ground, where seating is a mixture of park benches, stadium seats and grass with picnic blankets. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you get a chance to see cricket here, you really must, but avoid the restricted view behind the tree! There is a good variety of bars and catering options.

For us the real benefit was being able to set up our own chairs re-arrange our picnic around us and enjoy a good days cricket in a traditional ground. I am sure we will return next season
