Took my daughter and boyfriend's daughter, sister and niece to see Cats for my daughter's birthday. Booking was months in advance and quite frankly was a nightmare as you can't book seats if it leaves a one or three seat gap at the end of the row! So ended up with premium price seats as that was all the website... More

As Marlowe Friend, I purchased tickets months ago for last night's performance of Oliver & my husband & I had been looking forward to it for ages. How disappointed were we? The worst production we have ever seen. Singing out of tune, words forgotten & an audience full of parents, not interested in the show, but in taking photos of... More

Absolutely fabulous show and I am amazed at all the young talent from Canterbury. Nancy, Bill Sykes and Fagin were particular highlights, and my son loved Mr Bumble! Well done and great to see the Marlowe is supporting local performing arts!

Took my family to see the show tonight we were all really excited and major fans having played parts ourselves on stage and in orchestras before. Sad to say it was probably one of the worst productions I have ever witnessed and we walked at the interval. To a highly musical family it was akin to scraping chalk on a... More

Saw Derren Brown beginning of July which lived up to all expectations and more. Expensive seats but truly worth it. Leaves you absolutely engrossed and amazed not wanting the experience to end. Do like the new marlowe theatre but don't like the really long rows which makes you have to get up and down constantly to let people move backwards... More

Wow, what a fantastic day we had. I would just like to thank those wonderful actors and actresses, dancers and portrayors of a classic drama. What can I say except thank you to the hard working people who give their lives to provide entertainment to the masses. Goosebumbs all round from Louis Maskell and Kate's performances. Thank you so much... More

Brilliant absolutely brilliant! So pleased I gave actually managed to see it. I really am a regular visitor to the new theatre but I am still seething about a few points which make the place so UN-user friendly , which many people have commented on and I have experienced. A. Why oh why is there no central aisle in the... More

Hardly ever bother to travel up to London theatres since the new Marlowe has been built. Easy to get to plenty of parking ,all near by .Spoilt for choice for restaurants to eat in Canterbury if you wish beforehand or after shows. Most importantly they have great shows .most of the London shows end up here.Dreamboats and Petticoats,Midnight Tango,Cats,to name... More

Have seen something every month this year but Mathew bournes swan lake was amazing and Jules holland spectacular as always. Only one complaint and that is that there should be a break in the centre of the circle seats
