We recently were treated to tickets for 1 man 2 guvners show plus a meal at the Marlow theatre. OK so the show first. If you like slap stick and Lonnie Donnigan music you will love it. If not give it a miss. A combination of bad acting together with what must of been the tallest person in the audience... More

Great establishment and family friendly at Christmas time. Not too expensive. Good all round views and not a bad view from the gods either. All round good venue to pass a few hours. I would recommend it as a worthwhile venue to visit.

The rebuilt Marlowe is a well-appointed theatre, with excellent shows and very good sight lines. My only criticism would be that it doesn't operate the cloakroom brilliantly: generally you have to find a member of staff to come and unlock the room.

Good modern theatre. Comfortable seats. Great view from the circle. Can't think of anything I didn't like! The play was good too!

I love The Marlowe Theatre. It's a bit odd looking from the outside but the venue itself is great. I have been to a handful of different events here and enjoyed it every time. The only problem, and a major one for me (hence 3 stars) is the lack of big name music events. I feel that it would benefit... More

We went to the Marlowe for the Saturday matinee of Hay Fever and enjoyed it very much, seated in Row D in the stalls. Seats OK but not the most comfortable after the first half hour. Reading other reviews on here it seems there is an on-going problem with the sound, for the first few minutes the actors were all... More

Looking forward to 'An Evening With Roger Moore' Turned up around 7pm to pick up tickets for an evening with Roger Moore to find out that it was in fact an afternoon with Roger Moore. Asked to speak to the manager, who said that the time was clear on our tickets -we pointed out that we hadn't yet collected them!... More

on the off chance we secured tickets to see Hayfever at the Marlowe whilst on a weekend trip to Canterbury. The theatre is a stunning modern building which looks amazing at night when floodlit. Inside the auditorium is quite breathtaking but found the bar area cold and uninviting....no seating!!! Cafe area too small. Plus point...plenty of toilets. Hayfever was a... More

Food was OK but more like a pub than restaurant. The staff very pleasant and attentive. Needs to improve to get repeat business.
