I have taken grandchildren here many times over the last 4 years, and they always love it..never get bored... They are now 6, 7 and 9 yrs old. 2 live in Cheshire and 1 in Bishops Stortford so they come to stay in the holidays and always raise a cheer when I suggest we come to willows, they are safe... More

As it's the Easter holidays we knew it was going to be packed and it was. Took my 6 yr old, 7 yr old and 10 week old baby in buggy. Not really buggy friendly if I'm honest but was ok. Shows were great for the kids and were really close to each other so didn't have to walk around... More

It sounds as though you all had a very full day and delighted the children enjoyed their visit. Your feedback on the shows and staff is very helpful as we always want to make our customers day out as carefree as possible. As a countryside location we appreciate that navigating buggies in some areas is not completely carefree, but should... More

We are regular visitors to Willows Farm, I have two boys ages 5yrs & 2yrs who enjoy each visit more and more every time! They can run around freely and enjoy lots of different activities as many times as they want throughout the day and I know they are extremely safe in a very friendly, staff controlled environment. We have... More

We took our 3 year old grand-daughter and 22 year old niece to Willow Farm on Saturday and we all had a brilliant day. There is so much to see and do. The staff are excellent, all taking the time to talk to our grand-daughter. We will definitely be making another visit very soon!

Full of families and young children, all running around in their private little world. We visited with two young families with small children and they were entertained the whole time we were there from shows to the animal feeding. For a farm the animals are a little scarce, no free roaming ducks, only a few caged chicken and two large... More

It is always a pleasure to find out how our customers enjoyed their time with us and delighted that the children were entertained during their time as our guests. Over the winter and due to the recent wet weather our animals have not yet returned to their outdoor paddocks but if the good weather continues they should be back outside... More

Great fun for all ages indoor and outdoor. Load of space and there is no extra charge for bounce castles and even ride on tractor is for free. My 6yo son was entertained for good 3h and he didn't want to go:-) Unfortunately there's no room for mum and baby for feeding. Otherwise great place to go.

We had the best day with my 2 1/2 year old. The Santa was amazing and the grotto was magical. We spent 5 hours there and it felt like 5 minutes. There is soo much to do and it was just wonderful. Highly recommended - but expensive!' Once ur there tho most stuff is 'free'

Been to Willows Farm several times to take grandchildren to see the animals, which we have always enjoyed, this is the first time we have been there to visit Santa in his grotto. We took our kids here on the 8th Dec 2013 to see Santa. We had vouchers to get in and even so initially thought it was a little pricey. I dont think i could have been more wrong. We went early to avoid the crowd and got to see Santa with no queue. It was absolutely magical for the kids,... More

We made our first visit yesterday and thought it was great. A lot of things were closed for winter but there was still loads to do and we ran out of time and didn't do it all. Excellent value for money and friendly staff. Can't think of a bad thing to say. Brendan.
