We were not expecting to spend the day here and thought it was expensive but on arrival it was easy to access and plenty of car parking. There is something to do with kids of all ages and we spent 6 hours there with my toddler and still didn't manage all the attractions. Would highly recommend willows farm to anyone... More

My wife visited Willow Farm last summer and whilst in the farm rogues cut through the wheel housing under her car and stole the wheel. Cost to repair £1000.Today, a year later we returned and as leaving spotted exactly the same thing happening again. We went and told the farm who sent a girl out to look but too late... More

We were obviously very sorry to hear about the incident as we would never want any of our visitors to fall victim to any crime.  Unfortunately crime is a fact that as a business we do acknowledge and take action to minimise.  We have staff helping to park cars on busy days who will also check the car parks and additionally we have... Such a wonderful place, so much to do and everything is carefully thought out. Worth every penny!! You can tell that the owners really care about the visitors and that the children have the best time possible.

We are delighted that your child was reunited with their toy; we all remember how important our toy friends were to us as children and thinking about what is important to our visitors is something we focus on in our staff training. So it was a great delight to read your comment about our staff who we agree are fantastic!... More

We went to Willows Farm today on one of the hottest days this year. There was lots to do outside... The tractor ride, the rides, the farm but we were grateful for the shaded toddler town today as it helped cool us down! It was also loved by my toddler! The slides are great. The parking is free. The staff... More

We visited with our pre-schooler. The shows were brilliant and Dawn did a great job. Lots of great rides and activities. A little overpriced at £43 for 2 adults and 1 child. Food is hugely overpriced and doesn't match descriptions on the menu and tables in the curly tails restaurant were filthy and you could see into the ladies toilets... More

Had an absolutely fantastic day here with my husband our 9 month old and his grandparents. Despite the rain what struck me was the friendliness of the staff, loved the fact that all the rides etc were included so much to do. The puppet show at 12:15 was fantastic n kept my little enthralled. The presenter was brilliant cbeebies worthy!... More

We used to be members of the farm park but stopped once our eldest started school. We hadn't been for about 18 months until today. The weather was wonderful so it was busy but it never felt overcrowded. As usual a ride on Tristram the tractor was a highlight as was meet the falconer, which I highly recommend. The new... More

We went for a day out for something to do but to be honest unless you have small children with you or really it's definitely not worth it and you'll look out of place. If we were here with the family and for the children I'd rate higher not 5 though only because the price per adult is £15 and... More

Thank you for your feedback which supports that Willows is specially designed and targeted at families with children up to the age of 8. It is not an attraction for older/teenage children and for the younger age range, whose parents take part in the activities with their children, we receive positive feedback on the value for money a day out... Over the years, the farm emphasis has reduced dramatically, but to be fair with a half price voucher (making entry £15 for 2) you can't grumble. We took 2 9 year olds and I think that this will be their last visit as they are now too old for many of the shows, the tractor ride and the activities. They... More
