My family and I visited Willows Farm on Sunday specifically to see Santa and hopefully take advantage of the other attractions there in a proper family day out before Christmas. Anticipating it to be quite busy, we arrived around 10.00 which meant from buying our ticket to seeing Santa was about 15 minutes in total. The Santa experience was wonderful,... More

We have visited Willows farm many times over the years, it is a large open farm and birds of pray center. It has a number of indoor activities including a well organized petting area, soft play barn and another area where you can shoot foam balls at each other. My first observation is that Willows Farm is very clean and... More

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Willows and all the different activities they run throughout the year. It has become our go-to destination for summer sunshine and Santa visits. We visited this weekend (last weekend before Christmas!) and I would like to share our experience with other families looking to go. We arrived about 11, missing the opening queues... More

We always visit willows farm every year, this time I decided to take the kids there to enjoy the Christmas fun. Very disappointed from the beginning. The price for entry was a shock. £17 per child and we still have to pay extras for photo with Santa. Hardly any rides or activities for the kids, the 'so called' ice rink... More

We attended the Santa spectacular on Sunday 15th December with two boys aged 8 and 5. Both love Willows Farm but this was the 1st time we have been to visit Santa. There was lots of xmassy activities to do, they enjoyed the ice skating, festive tractor ride and the arts and crafts! They also enjoyed the reindeer trail and... More

It's great to hear that the children enjoyed all of the activities we have to offer. The Elf Passport was new this year and has been a great addition along with the 'elfies' and also helps you to visit as many areas as possible. The toy shop is always popular with the children and we are glad to hear that... More

As members to Willows we visit regularly but went this weekend to visit Santa. Despite there being a longish queue, the way it has been set up this year our 4 year olds never complained once and they loved looking at all the displays. When we got to see Santa he was brilliant, great personality, spoke to each of them... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. A lot of hard work and planning goes into the grotto and it is lovely to hear that you like the new layout and that the scenes and elves were able to keep your little ones entertained whilst they waited to see Santa. We are pleased to hear that Santa... More

We visited here on Sunday and it was so busy. We did think it would be at this time of year. Throughout the day there was a constant long time to see santa. We ended up waiting over an hour. When you get to a certain point in the queue there is lots to look at for the children with... More

It's good to hear that you enjoyed looking at the Christmas scenes within the grotto, a lot of time and planning goes into making them and it is always lovely to see the smiles on the children's faces when they are telling the elves what they have seen. Meeting Santa is a magical time and the children are always excited... More

Been going to Willows Farm for the past 8 years to see Santa's Grotto and never ever disappointed. As each year goes on, Willows does a lot to make the whole experience a great one for the kids. With the money that has been spent on the farm, it truly is a year round attraction. One negative comment though -... More

Today was my first visit to Williows and I'm struggling to think of a time when I've felt more 'ripped off' by a day out. Our three year old loves animals, so it was very difficult to explain to him why a "farm" had so few of them. I understand that some animals need to be indoors in the winter,... More

A great visit for our grandsons aged 120 months and three and a half. Really nicely done with an imaginative way of receiving a gift from Santa. Our three year old was so excited at being able to choose from Santa's shop.
