We take our children to Willows farm every December. They love meeting the animals, having a tractor ride, running around and going down the slides at the barn. But the best thing in winter is Santa's grotto. They absolutely love it! Especially the bit when Santa gives them a key from his workshop and they can pick their own present.

Just had my 6 year old daughter's party today. It was excellent! The party organiser was fantastic from the beginning and all of the children had a wonderful time. It was excellent value with food, party bags and balloons included. I played the weekday price on an inset day but even at weekend prices it would be excellent value. The children... More

This year after trying other father Christmas venues, we decided to try Willows after a recommendation and I must say we were not disappointed! The ticket price seemed expensive at first but once in you pay for nothing. We visited mid week in the middle of dec and we're met with no queues which was fabulous. My 3 yr old... More

We visited Willows Farm to see Santa and enjoy some 'Christmas Fun' - and that was what we got!! We had an absolutely amazing day out and cannot fault a single thing. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, and everyone was so friendly, from the girls at the ticket desk, to the 'elves' and other members of staff working... More

My family and I visited Willows Farm on Sunday specifically to see Santa and hopefully take advantage of the other attractions there in a proper family day out before Christmas. Anticipating it to be quite busy, we arrived around 10.00 which meant from buying our ticket to seeing Santa was about 15 minutes in total. The Santa experience was wonderful,... More

We have visited Willows farm many times over the years, it is a large open farm and birds of pray center. It has a number of indoor activities including a well organized petting area, soft play barn and another area where you can shoot foam balls at each other. My first observation is that Willows Farm is very clean and... More

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Willows and all the different activities they run throughout the year. It has become our go-to destination for summer sunshine and Santa visits. We visited this weekend (last weekend before Christmas!) and I would like to share our experience with other families looking to go. We arrived about 11, missing the opening queues... More

We have carefully read your comments and thank you for telling us how much you enjoy willows and that you consider it the 'best Santa experience in Hertfordshire’. As I am sure you’ll appreciate, the the cost to deliver this is very significant and while our price to see Santa is not the cheapest, we do believe it delivers excellent... More

We always visit willows farm every year, this time I decided to take the kids there to enjoy the Christmas fun. Very disappointed from the beginning. The price for entry was a shock. £17 per child and we still have to pay extras for photo with Santa. Hardly any rides or activities for the kids, the 'so called' ice rink... More
