We were hoping to see something of the history of cider / perry making. Because of the weather we stopped only to see the "bottle museum" and the shop - the cost of the conducted tour was far too high for us. The bottle museum turned out to be a cafe lined with shelves showing cider bottles from many parts... More

Even non cider drinkers will enjoy a visit to Westons. Although I had heard of the company, seen their ciders locally and heard that the visitors centre had won awards I had never visited even though it is only 30 miles away. I was really surprised by the scale of the operation tucked away in Much Marcle - but don't... More

A change from beer and whiskey distilleries. A bit cold in March for the tour, but still very interesting to see all the vats and hear of how refreshing cider is made. I the visit here would be best in apple harvesting season - October I think! But whatever the weather and season it is worth the trip, they are... More

Not everyone thinks of having a guided tour in the freezing weather of February, but a group from the USA and Rotarians from Ledbury, found the visit to be of great interest. From the towering Vats of oak with names such as malvern View, to the shining stainless steel tanks and miles of piping, the cider making process created immense... More

Visited this weekend specifically for the cider tour -- very good tour, informative and cheerful tour guide. Suspect that there would be more to do over the summer with the rare breeds farm and the orchard walks but being interested in cider drinking, seeing the processes in the plant was a very interesting afternoon. Enjoyed the tasting and the shop... More

Brilliant, I have been back and forth to Westons several times, each time taking someone different - friends, relatives etc. Have done the tour, eaten and bought many bottles! This occasion we missed the rare breds farm, which closed for the winter.

This is a family run, local business which is quite nice to visit because everyone is friendly and welcoming. Definitely do the tour! book it in advance and it makes a difference, learning a bit about how cider (and perry) is made, its history and not too mention trying all the different variety in the end! We plan it as... More
