We were driving around Herefordshire on a weekend away when we saw signs for the castle. We parked in the Land rover experience which we thought was a little unusual but the car park just said that the gates close at 17:30. There didn't seem to be many people about but the gates to the grounds were open with the... More

Dear Dale F Thank you for taking the time to write a review about Eastnor Castle and I am sorry you received such a negative welcome. It would be good to understand when you tried to visit the castle, as this would allow me to investigate which member of staff you spoke with. As you mention, the castle is a... More

My family and I love Eastnor and keep going back. From the castle, walking the grounds and deer park to the events such as car shows, balloon festival and fireworks spectacular, Eastnor always has a lot going on. You can camp or caravan in the deer park at certain times of year (must have own loo) which is great for... More

This is quite a modern building pretending to be an old castle and while it looks fine and organise good events in the very nice grounds, it lacks the charm of a proper medieval castle

This is a fun day for all the family including the females - I was hesitant at first but loved driving the Landrover up the 50 degree steps and round the peanut rim (bit hairy at one point) but going through the water & over the rocks made me realise what a superb car we had bought! Or should I... More

What a brilliant event held in the grounds of deer park next to eastnor castle. The displays lasted 10 mins for each team entering and the event was very busy. There were stalls selling glow toys and fair ground rides and hot food but the ques were long and food a bit pricey. I would take a flask of hot... More

This castle was the perfect venue for the wedding I attended, romantic, with all the over the top cliche's of deers heads, leopard carpets, chandeliers and four poster beds in every individually styled bedroom. The thing that impressed me most about Easton Castle were the way the staff allowed guests to wander the grounds making us all feel like Lords... More

A very worthwhile experience. The house was amazing, with the added bonus of being allowed to take the dogs around. The events are great for the children and the grounds are well layed out with beautiful landscaping. The restaurant food was good but very busy so a long wait.Overall a great day.
