Often call in whilst working with clients. Service always with a smile and if with someone who enjoys cheese there are numerous to choose from. Hereford apple cake with a slice of cheese I find to be a well received choice. Cheese is made on the premises although I have not personally done the tour. A wide choice of locally... More

Cheese making on certain days - great cheese shop and cafe with wide range of local produce and plants (in the summer). Friendly staff. Perfect for potted gifts and bottles. Fascinating to see local cheeses like Hereford Hop and Monkland being made.

Lovely tea room in the roof space accessed by ancient wooden stairs. Exposed wooden beams and mellow red brick make this bijoux palace a real gem. My partner in crime and I enjoyed a great lunch of artisan bread and cheeses lovingly made and matured in the dairy on the ground floor. This was perfectly accompanied by bottles of a... More

My partner and I stopped here for some lunch, there was a lovely cheese selection available, naturally and we very much enjoyed it.

Called in this dairy whilst passing. Just had to sample their gorgeous cheeses served in a cosy little tea room.

We were holidaying in the area and found this place on the Herefordshire tourist information website. On arrival, a 'cheese tour' was already in progress, so we had a snack and a drink in the cafe while we waited for the next one. Despite only the two of us requiring a cheese tour, we were shown the entire process from... More

Very informative, short tour which was ideal for children. Opportunity to purchase products after - good selection. Cafe area to visit after. Can recommend this. Reasonable price.

We took our Grandfather, who was keen to show us how cheese was made in the traditional manner. The staff were very friendly and informative, and although I had my reservations as to how interesting cheese making really could be I did find myself asking questions. Girl's you might even be asked to give the curds a churn!

What a gem of a place! The guided tour was brilliant, very informative and friendly. Make sure you go on a cheese making day, Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Lovely to see something traditional on a small scale. Cafe and shop with cheeses to sample and buy, well worth the visit.

The cheese shop is very good and supplies numerous types of cheese. However cheese making tours are not always availabe. The cage is very good however and the staff are helpful.
