The dairy tour is fascinating and all the homemade cheeses are very yummy .Home-made cakes and lunches are also fab! It is the best café for miles. Easy to find and lots of parking. Lunch in the garden is lovely in summer.

Took the 25 minute cheese making tour last friday: fun, informative and interesting, seeing the process from liquid milk to Little Hereford cheese. Good cafe too. Well worth short detour from Leominster.

I last visited on 30 May 2014, about ten years after my first visit. I go when I can because I can be confident of good food in pleasant surroundings served by friendly and efficient staff. Yesterday I had a Little Hereford ploughman's, which comprised very tasty cheese, good bread, slices of apple, grapes and celery, and a bowl of... More

My husband and I spend an hour or so here. We did the guided tour and saw how the cheese was made. It's only a small place so not much to see but the staff were very friendly and extremely informative. We got to taste the cheese and purchased some to take home with us. Small but pleasant cafe with... More

Found this quite by chance as we drove past, so we turned around and came back. So glad we did as we had a truly magnificent blue cheese ploughman's. It was quiet in the shop and we were the only customers but we were made to feel welcome and were treated to a sample of fruit cheese, which was lovely.... More

We came upon the Dairy by chance. We were heading towards Kington to collect an ebay purchase and driving past said let's stop on the way back. Oh and aren't we glad we did. A fabulously warm welcome from the lady behind the counter (the owner?) who was happy to give us slivers of cheese whilst we waited for our... More

We came across this diary whilst driving around the Black and White route and spent a very enjoyable hour whilst one of the cheesemakers explained the entire process from the arrival of the milk to the maturing of the cheeses. We watched one type progressing from curds and whey to cheese. You could taste and buy the products in the... More
