On the day we arrived there seemed to be a circus setting up, so we could not see much. A Caribbean ship left just before we got there. The cruise ship are in on Wednesday, so that would be a good day to go.

It's a shame about the parking charges even though they aren't extortionate. There is a lovely play park for the kids away from the water and the ice creams go down a treat. Great place to spend a few hours of an afternoon or evening just to relax out of the hustle and bustle of Southampton City Centre.

Good place to see the Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary2 leave Southampton. On a good weather day, this would have been lovely, refreshments and toilets and lots of grassy areas and benches.

It's a great place to see all the liners come into Southampton, even the QE2 Queen Mary ect, great for a few hours but not much more to do, great for the kids with a good play area too!

Nice place to take the kids, grandkids, good play area, ice cream & snack bar. Nice place for a picnic in the summer & watch the liners coming in.

On nice day, take in the view of the New Forest, a mock Victorian Palace and some of the biggest cruise liners turning around here.
