On nice day, take in the view of the New Forest, a mock Victorian Palace and some of the biggest cruise liners turning around here.

But awesome to go and view the ships passing by or in dock. Used to go there when I was little back then, it has swings and slices and a maze but there's nothing there now, they still have a wee cafe and the ice cream man was there

Mayflower Park is a great place to see off the cruise liners. You can get an ice cream or refreshments here too. The water here isn't that clean so I would avoid going in. It's a great place for a summer walk.

The old walls of the city exist in bits and pieces from the city centre down towards the docks. If you're into history really worth the walk to find all of the surviving pieces.

Mayflower park is one of the worst parks that I have been in. It really needs a revamp and the play area is not up to much at all.

In the summer Mayflower Park is a wondeful place to sit down either on the field or under the trees and enjoy and ice-cream from the van or a bring your own picnic. In winter it's still nice to drive down get some chips from the nearby chippy and then watch the sunset and cruise ships from the warmth of... More

Hi. This park is lovely. Plenty of space for people & cars, loads of parking spaces most on the meter so you've been warned! I come here when i'm picking my customers up off one of the cruise ships. I go down the day before my ship comes in, i live in North Yorks, & do an overnighter. I love... More
