Lots of information and everything was well displayed and labelled, not sure how anyone from France or Spain would get on as mostly all in english - loved the interactive bits and bobs as well

After having visited the Royal Naval College the museum was very interesting. The history of the British Navy is one of important world history.

Everyone heads to Victory and Warrior which leaves the Naval Museum as an island of calm in the dockyard. Plenty of information which is well laid-out and displayed, although the interactive ship information retrieval archive needs some serious updating as it seems to lack anything from the 1970s onwards.

The whole experience was first class and we were surprised to find the exhibits so interesting. The staff could not have been more helpful and were clearly very proud of their museum.

A very enthusiastic EX Coxon of sub' took us on our tour. He put life and soul into his presentation. Thank goodness I didn't have to serve in one... More
