Animals well cared for and nice collection but place full of screaming toddlers who clearly didn't enjoy it, but their parents carried on regardless. Very noisy- I felt sorry for the animals and staff. I think people should be encouraged that it's a quiet place, and if your child tantrums you should remove them. The nearby cafe was a grubby... Try and chat to a volunteer who will tell you about the fish/crustaceans little habits and moods! The Leatherback Turtles were fabulous to just watch swimming around. Great day

We visited here the weekend of the America's Cup. They had doubled the price of entry which I feel was only for the benefit of the outside space which had extra seating set up to view the event (I am only guessing) we were staying somewhere which had no tv or internet so were unable to check their website. There... More

Good range of different fish and some reptiles. We went on a Wednesday during term time so it was easy to see everything. Particularly liked the otters.

Even without the doubling of the prices to 62 quid for 2 adults and 2 kids this place because of the Americas cup , is a rip off. , walked round in half an hour , empty tanks and water on the floor , disgusting!!!!

Expensive, even though we bought our tickets on line and saved a bit, £7.25 is still a lot to pay for a three year old. He most enjoyed the play area out the back. We had lunch at the Blue Reef cafe next door and wished we had gone somewhere else. One member of staff at the till and one... More

It's overpriced, full of school children, the tanks are dirty, the floor is wet in parts and the whole place feels grubby. I feel sorry for the fish. If you had small children, there is a lovely play area at the back, which i am sure they would enjoy. The cafeteria next door is horrid too. Walk a few paces... More

One of our party wanted to visit this aquarium. When we arrived we found the tickets to be rather expensive. However one of the staff did inform us that if we downloaded an app called "Voucher Cloud" we could have 20% discount which meant we paid around £8.00 each to visit. Overall the place wasn't as big as expected. They... More

Very family friendly with lots to see. Even has little stands for the children so the get up higher to see better. Held a birthday party here on a separate visit, and that too was fabulous. The kids loved the time 1:1 with star fish and the staff were very friendly.
