We came upon the bed and breakfast by accident as we were touring the New Forest. I knocked on the door and asked for a double room which they gave us. The room was very comfortable and the owner was very friendly. The setting is quiet and magical with the ponies coming right up the road to the garden fence.... More

We had breakfast here, at the Cider Pantry, on Good Friday. Hubbie and I had full English and daughter had pancakes and berries. It was all excellent, well cooked and very tasty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and look forward to going back when next in the New Forest. Nice shop selling cider, jams, chutneys, etc too. Oh nearly forgot... More

We Stayed over night here in our Motor Home, we had a lovely spot in the paddock, and got there in time to enjoy afternoon tea. We also picked up some cider and pickles from the shop and had a great breakfast in the cafe in the morning. Really friendly and helpful people, and such a lovely spot to spend... More

*This is a review ONLY of the cider in the title, not of the experience that others talk about with this company.* Moving on, I had a half-pint of Kingston Black from these guys in Borough Market (London) to accompany a panino and the general craziness that is the atmosphere of the Market on a Saturday. For a cider it... More

I have always enjoyed my trips over to New Forest Cider in Burley. The folk there are very friendly and accommodating, always happy to go out of their way to help - any surliness is very superficial and in good humour! The cider is excellent, and you can have a slurp of each to try if you ask. They never... More

Visited because we thouht it would be interesting, we were wrong. Cider is expensive and the site is poor with nothing of interest.

On a visit to the New Forest we popped in to New Forest Cider - their cider is lovely but the service was terrible. My fiance mentioned as we entered the shop that it had been years since he had last been there and was ignored by the woman behind the counter. We were not offered any tastings and had... More

Wow - what an unfriendly place! On arriving, we saw the owner's dog imprisoned outside in a small cage, too small to stretch out or stand up. Felt like calling the RSPCA. The whole location seemed dirty and uncared for. On entering the shop we were scowled at by a middle-aged lady on the till, who seemed more interested in... More

Me and a friend went to visit New Forest Cider this weekend to buy some authentic home-made cider and apple juice. I got a taste of the dry cider drawn from the barrel, and my friend, who is 2 months pregnant, asked for some apple juice. The owner then went into a rant about one of the customers "interrupting" him... More
