Me and 4 friends visited this great little museum today. None of us are avid cricket fans but the collection was great and really interesting. We done a quiz on our way round which was a fantastic way to get us to really look round the whole museum. It was even better when we managed to answer all the questions.... More

A very comprehensive exhibition of the English summer game, put together by a gentleman whose love of cricket and his desire to welcome customers are equally obvious!Tea served properly in china cups followed a most entertaining 90 minutes or so trying to do his quiz, based on the items in the display.Players from W.G Grace and before to Jimmy Anderson and after... Combining three of my favourite things - cricket, coffee & The Cotswolds the CCM in Stow-on-the-Wold is an absolute gem. I spent about 90 minutes completely absorbed in a unique collection of cricketing memorabilia and at the price of £4.50 (including a really good cappuccino) it represents excellent value. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

We visited this today and were suitably impressed. My wife and young family (not cricket fans) happily spent time in the cafe while I toured the museum and attempted the thought provoking quiz which you do as you go round. The museum is packed with memorabilia from the past and present much of which is rare. It has been collected... More

Discovered this by accident when in a tourist information in neighbouring Bourton on the Water. As forecast was to wet next day thought this would be perfect to visit and take my cricket mad son. Admission is only £3.50 which when you consider price of other local attractions is less than the cost of a sandwich in the local teashops.... More

My Fiancé loves cricket so when I booked a weekend away in Stow I thought I would have to take him there. At first I thought it was be a bit naff but when we arrived we were welcomed by friendly faces and invited to take part in a quiz whilst looking round. It was difficult in a fun way... More

Anyone who enjoys history or cricket will find this museum most interesting. Very impressive array of collectables with a great amount of interesting facts and research put into each display. The owner is a passionate cricket fanatic and I have never met anyone with more knowledge on the history of the game. Challenge yourself and try to complete the quiz.... More

We called in for information about Stow-on-the-wold. There is some cricket memorabilia in the main shop however we did not visit the museum. The man at the shop was very helpful and directed us to a map (50p) which led us on an interesting walk around town (about an hour). A really pretty town to visit.

This little museum is a bit off the beaten track, and is the result of one man's obsession. It was extremely well done - videos and pictures abound. And the cafe is excellent too.

A great insight into the history of cricket. Very informative and learnt a lot about the history of cricket. Cannot remember if I had to pay or not. Cannot comment on baby buggy as no need to use it. Also unsure about storage facilities
