Many laugh at the ticket prices, however the Screening Rooms does give a far more premium service than the regular cinema. I get frustrated by people talking, or using their mobiles during performances, but this is never the case at The Screening Rooms - I'm rarely aware of the person sat next to me as there is so much room.... Went here to watch 'The Hunger Games 2'. You pay a bit extra but you don't get young children messing around, or making noise. You get seat service which I think is great. Maybe could do with a bit more to offer for nibbles.

It is exclusive, it is a treat, and it is a bit expensive. Food was great and served to your seat. Loved it

I finally treated the wife to a film at the screening rooms after a long time saying we would go. It is different.on an evening it's adults only and you step straight into a bar area with nice seating to enjoy a pre film drink. You then make your way into an intimate theatre with lovely leather armchairs and a... More

very expensive for sweets and drinks but a great experience and really comfortable. Would definitely go again. we bought a pick n mix, and for just a few sweets it cost £10!! shocked .. and of course you are not allowed to take your own in.. drinks from the bar weren't too bad and they serve to your seat which... I really like the fact that this is a cinema where you have comfort and also a little bit extra. They will bring food and drink directly to your seat and so you can drink a bottle of Prosecco and eat a duck spring roll while watching the film. Kids also aren't allowed in after 5...which is even better! On... More

...since visiting The Screening Rooms, we don't go to the normal cinema next door anymore!! Yes it is more expensive and this has made us more discerning about the films we see but it is a far more enjoyable 'grown up' experience. I think they have some cheaper seats during the daytime and midweek. Roll on retirement so that we... More

Me being the avid movie lover I gave this a go. Very comfy seats but lack a feature to lay your feet up. This would considerably have helped. Screen isnt huge......and isnt small either but small audience so you won't miss it. Menu is fair, reasonable prices, popcorn is in a small box with no option for a large. The... More

A lovely experience, getting more room, better seats and all around more like a visit to the theatre rather than the cinema with a bonus of a small audience, at seat service and plenty of comfort. Well worth a couple of pounds extra.

We went to the screening rooms to watch the excellent Wolf On Wall Street. Great comfy seats (needed as it was a 3 hour film), lovely service, food and drinks. A very good experience!!!
