The seating and food is pleasant and civilised, if very pricey. The big disappointment is the programming - . The programming, however, is a real missed opportunity - they just screen films and live broadcasts that are also available two doors down at the regular, perfectly decent Cineworld. There is nowhere in arty, cultured Cheltenham to see the more arthouse... More

£19.30 for a regular 2D performance on a *small* screen with poor service and usual 20 mins of ads (+ trailers) is a joke. Previous performance we spent the first 5+ mins of the film literally half off screen until we got up to alert staff, then had 3D problems. Another example of how their "premium" is polish on a... Enjoyed the experience much more than a normal cinema. Seats really comfy and plenty of space. Menu had good choice. Only marked down as the seat service was a bit strange, food not delivered in order and we received pur food in dribs and drabs. Other than that it was great and we'll definitely return

The best cinema experience in Cheltenham/Gloucestershire. The service can be a little hit and miss but in fairness everyone wants to order at the same time. The drinks and food are of good quality and are reasonably good value considering that you are a captive audience. The seats are really comfortable and very spacious. My only problem is that after... Comfortable, friendly and quiet. Definitely worth paying extra to not hear rustling crisp packets, whispering and mobile phones going off. Nice comfy seats and great food. I go once a week and have never had a bad experience.

Me and my friend came and visited here to watch Cinderella. We decided to have a change and visit the screening rooms, only to find the usual ruffians from Cineworld were all in our screen. We were surrounded with children who couldn't keep still, or playing on their phone. I would expected this from a usual cinema, not from a... More

Went to see the second best marigold hotel. Nice location and set up but even for the room I still think the tickets are very pricey for what you get

Great place to see films and eat and drink at the same time. Great outing. The seating is large and comfortable and the food great as a snack with drinks. The rooms are small enough to be intimate but without sacrificing sound or visual quality

We treated ourselves to the ultimate cinema experience to watch The Second Best Marigold Hotel last weekend. It was so comfy, excellent waiter service, lovely finger food and super prosecco! What a treat! My mother loved all the extra legroom and a proper pot of tea! Love it here!
