Montpellier is one of my favorite areas of Cheltenham. Day or night I love the window shopping & having a quick drink or bite to eat in one of the many great restaurants - so many fab places in one small place.

I live here and work here and feel very lucky to be in such a beautiful town. Cheltenham ticks all the boxes for me, it has it all, architecture, grand hotels, fabulous food, edgy interiors, art, racing, festivals markets ,and much much more. MONTPELLIER is my favourite , its the jewel in the crown with edgy independent shops, great shop keeper,... More

Montpellier is an amazing place to live, work and visit. Individual shops, galleries, boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants make this a wonderfull place to spend you're time. Montpellier Gardens in the sun, with a band playing in the bandstand is great way to spend an afternoon.

Montpelier is a beautiful area just outside of the main town, full of gorgeous boutique shops, pubs, restaurants and hotels. There is also a really nice park area with a great children's park, so something for everyone! It has a lovely local feel, definitely worth a visit if in Cheltenham to get away from the busy high street.

Montpellier is a breathtaking part of Cheltenham. Fantastic regency architecture, lovely parks, great independent shops and lively and interesting bars and restaurants. Bit of a walk from the town center but well worth it. So refreshing after the high-street chains.

Montpellier is a wonderful place to spend some time when visiting Cheltenham. It's full of independent boutique shops, great for anything home related, furniture, art etc and has a fabulous selection of bars and restaurants. Plenty to do and a real sense of community in a large town. We love it!

Every time I walk down Montpellier Street I see something new, be it a new business opened or just something in a shop window which catches my eye. So many people, even ones who live in Cheltenham simply do not know this street exists, because as they travel by car or bus towards the town centre (or back) they see... More

From coffee shops like Gusto, cafe restaurants like Montpellier Cafe to bars such as Harry Cooke's & The Montpellier Winebar - just realising there are too many good places to mention!!!... More

Cheltenham has so much to offer, and plenty for visitors to see. Off the beaten track and away from the crowds, Montpellier is a classy, elegant neighbourhood with fabulous shops, boutiques, places to eat. See the caryatids between the shop units, and the shops go through to the next road! Parking is relatively easy, too. Open green spaces and beautiful... More
