This is a lovely part of Cheltenham to spend a few hours sitting outside a pub, restaurant or wine bar and watch the world go by. We had a couple of drinks in Harrys and then moved on to the Montpellier Wine bar on a sunny Saturday afternoon in July 2015. What a glorious way to unwind after a long... More

I read all the reviews on Tripadvisor and noted that some people had left some negative feedback about issues with the noise. Notwithstanding this we decided to book a feature room. From the moment we arrived the staff, namely Sara, made us feel extremely welcome and she was a credit to the hotel. She showed us to our room and... More

Worth a stroll down, plenty of independent shops and places to eat. The wine bar on the corner is very popular.

Are taxi driver told us to head to this area for a night out. How right he was loads of places to eat and drink and a good choice of clubs. It's a very safe place to go for a night out.

Its worth a meander around this area if you've time to kill! Daytime offers lots of restaurants (although some high street chains), pizza, pasta, etc... a couple of vintage shops, boutiques, interior design shops. In the evening, it's a buzzy place with wine bars, pubs and restaurants.

Short taxi ride away from our hotel. This was a really lovely place with very friendly, polite locals. Went with a small group of girls for a friends birthday weekend. There are some really nice bars within this area. I would recommend obtaining a map & working out where you would like to go as we struggled to find some... More

After visiting The Rotunda Tavern on Friday 17th July I will not be going back. After popping in for a few drinks I was disgusted with the attitude of the barmaid. A few blokes were in there having a laugh and putting on some songs at the duke box and singing along. The miserable barmaid then said she was turning... More
