Having read the disappointment of other reviewers I feel that I really need to say we had a super lunch here on Monday following a mornings retail therapy in the lovely town of Cheltenham. The place was quiet (I note other reviwers came at busier times) but the food was delicious and the staff warm and friendly. We had 2... More

Went on a Friday night. It was reasonably busy, but once again there reputation for slow and poor service came shining through. If your trying to be a cocktail bar maybe be a bit quicker with the cocktails? Or try to atleast serve people like we aren't a burden on you. Sat down on the raised area, minding you this... More

Currently sitting in the restaurant. We're a large party, but rang in advance to see if they could fit us in. Was told it wouldn't be a problem. Pre ordered food and table for 1pm. Arrived at 12:30. It took over 40minutes to get soft drinks, over an hour for cocktails. And 1hr 30minutes for a cup of tea. Can't... More

Went in on a Saturday night and took over half an hour to get served. I think I only counted three or four staff members on the bar. Wildly expensive for what reason I dont know. Id rather go to Whetherspoons...

Visited for drinks with friends on a Friday night. Was busy but service was woeful. Understaffed. When eventually served by possibly the rudest man on the planet (Dominic) he poured most of the vodka on the counter and when I pointed out that he had made a mistake with the order he huffed and took the drinks away. Complained to... More

Whilst in Cheltenham for the weekend we found revs and sat ourselves down for a bit of a session, after quite a few drinks we were ready for food and my wife had the pizza and I had the massive bourbon burger it was delicious. Service from the staff was great and price was very reasonable. It's a massive place... More

It's in a converted church. Very lively atmosphere, lots of interesting characters, massive bar and lots of space.

I booked a table and wristbands for my birthday last Saturday, however on arrival the 'events manager' greeted us with the words "You're Late!". At no point through booking via the phone conversation the week before did she mention a time, however we were told that she'd given our table away. (Why didn't she call me to see whether we... More

It is realy worth experiencing the fun of learning about and making your own cocktails. We went as a hen party of 20 peope, and we had a brilliant time. At £20/person, we hd a fab time and certainly had pleny to drink including shots, two cocktails each and tasters of many other cocktails. the bartender was really friendly and... More
