It's true, words cannot describe the beauty of this hike. We've had only five days so we've spent three of these hiking from Chipping Campden to Cheltenham. The road is predominately marked although there were times where there was no marking in view and we felt lost and frustrated - especially in the rain, but in the end it all... More

Had a walk up Leckhampton Hill onto the Cotswold Way and then onto Seven Springs where we had a pub lunch. Plenty to see along the route and a very enjoyable walk though countryside. Even came across a herd of cows on the hill, very rural and views for miles.

We walked the Cotswold Way over a period of eight days in late May 2014 from Chipping Campden to Bath. The journey was 105 miles on the path, plus occasional quarter or half mile diversions to restaurants and other attractions. The walk is just fantastic, and really transcends what can be written in a review. It's an experience any walker... More

...but watch out for the mountain bikes. The path interkinks and overlaps with several others such as the Winchcombe Way and the Holst Way, but this is the granddaddy of them.

Long but very enjoyable. We did this in the winter (end January) and of course it was cold but we did see some sun and no snow. The start of the walk from Seven Springs to Leckhampton hill is stunning with glorious views of Cheltenham and the Devils Chimney! Negotiating the busy roads at the Air Balloon roundabout is a... We loved the frosty landscape and the cosy village pubs and coffee houses. Recommend staying away from the A roads and pottering along the country lanes where English country life is still going strong.
