In September 2013, I took a crazy leap of faith and put my trust in Andrew Guppy of Cotswold Walking Holidays (Cotswold Walks). Was ready for an overseas walking adventure, had always hankered to explore England by foot, and found Andrew online. Cotswold Walks turned out to be everything I'd hoped for as a solo walker: professional, supportive, flexible, knowledgeable... More

Have done a number of the national trails and this is a good one. My partner and I did it over several weekends. Recommend doing in good weather, not easy to do without driving cars to both ends of the days walking, although we managed a number of returns by cab. If you are lucky you will come across church... We just had a (long) day walking from Leckhampton Hill from the Star College. Lovely views, fresh air, open countryside and suprisingly easy going underfoot. Best enjoyed with a dog (we "borrowed" a friend's Lab!!!)

Did this walk guided by the Cotswold Wardens over a 12 month period, an experience not to be missed.

Not to be missed if you drive through Chipping Camden into the Cotswold. This is the start of the Cotswold Way and is a tucked away hill that gives a panoramic view of the area - from the distant Chiltern Hills to a view of East England. An easy walk for all ages.

Very well kept long distance path. It's fairly easy going when your fitness level is at a moderate standard. Beautiful surroundings. Will walk it again some day.

We did the 7 night, 6 day village to village circular walking tour with Cotswolds Walks and it was delightful! Each day was an new adventure following the route map and experiencing beautiful scenery and charming B&Bs! It was carefully planned out for us and provided us with an experience we will never forget.

I regularly walk along sections of this long-distance footpath and one day will do it end to end. Some of the scenery is great.

The Cotswold Way is a 102 mile long distance footpath which runs from Bath to Chipping Campden. It passes through Chipping Sodbury, Wotton-under -Edge, Cranham, Leckhampton, Cheltenham, Winchcombe, Stanway and Broadway. Apart from the small section near Broadway which is in Worcestershire, the entire walk is in Gloucestershire and Somerset. A great walk in the most beautiful countryside!
