Only walked small sections, but is a well-maintained and way- marked path with great views especially near Birdlip and around Coopers Hill.

We spent an afternoon exploring Leckhampton Hill. The climbs up and down are relatively easy, and Devil's Tower is pretty cool. The views of Cheltenham and the surrounding areas were breathtaking.

A day trip to cotswold in a tour group. The 4 villages we visited, all similar by nature, picture perfect. Beautifully preserved, very tourist friendly. Beautiful cottages, so well preserved. The tour also included going to the oldest hotel in UK dating to 900AD. Excellant lunch at a village inn, i suggest dishes such as trout and apple pie, very... More

Visited the Cotswold on a Sunday with the Walking Tours group. The tourguide was excellent, very witty and helpful gentleman called Richard. Met at Paddington station at 9am, paid GBP60 which included train and coach payment for bringing us around. Took the train with the group from Paddington station and alighted at Kingham. From there we had our own private... More

We followed this well-signed walk through so many quaint little villages. It was the best walking tour of any area in England.

We did a fabulous week in the Cotswolds on a self guided tour prepared for us by Cotswold Walks. They arranged for all the hotels and the taxis when needed. They also suggested walks from the 3 different towns we stayed in and provided maps of each location. They made suggestions of museums and gardens and other attractions. It was... More

On our recent trip to the UK we spent a day visiting the Cotswolds. This has to be one of the most beautiful areas of England, the scenery has to be seen to appreciate its beauty. Villages like Bourton - on- the-water, the thatched cottages and the famous jam & clotted cream scones all make it as though you were... More

The Cotswolds is one of the most beautiful country side in U.K. It's very near London, so a day trip is sufficient. Go in summer for the long daylight and good weather. Bring an umbrella in case of rain. The Cotswolds rolling hills comprises of Cirencester, Stow-on-the-wold, Chipping Camden, Tetbury, Moreton-in-Marsh and Bourton-on-the-Water. The Cotswolds have beautifully preserved thatched cottages... More
