I like looking at art and i like these places as well, because they cost not a penny. Lots of original works on view over three floors. Some I particulary liked but my bank account said no. Something here for all art lovers to admire i would have thought.

We always visit this gallery when in the area. Usually there is something for everyone over the three floors of space and well worth a visit but beware! I don't know where the friendly and helpful staff referred to in other reviews were on the day we visited but the one woman behind the till was extremely frosty. Busy chatting... More

We throughly enjoyed the spacious, tastefully arranged gallery in Rye High Road. Richard Adams humorous pastels brought smiles and giggles, especially the airborne mermaids and garden hedge trimmers. The houses and buildings portrayed were entertaining too.

This gallery spreads over three floors and shows work by many local artists in a wide range of media and at affordable prices. The ceramics, glass and jewellery are displayed temptingly and the walls are hung with a lot of different picture styles, some abstract, some 3-D, some local views. You can browse undisturbed but knowledgeable staff are there to... More

My husband is an artist, so we made a bee line for this gallery. It is beautifully laid out with so much to see. Pottery, jewellery, cards, paintings etc. The lady in charge made us welcome and we chatted for some time. We bought a couple of things and would definitely return.

There are some fantastic artists on show in this ever changing gallery. Prices are often a bit steep it has to be said but it is always interesting even if you are not buying. A wonderful permanent collection as well

This gallery was a nice surprise for us in High Street. Beautiful, interesting and funny art on display and to buy. The Permanent Collection in the back was less interesting for us. Worth spending some time here.

Local artists have lots of things to see and buy - very interesting. A spacious interior - it goes back further than you think from the outside and affords good views to the River Rother. A welcome change from all the antique shops and tea shops.
