Well, this is a great place indeed however our experience was spoiled by lots of things in the activities room being out of order at the time that we visited. However the things which did work were very good fun indeed. Our trip was spoiled by a large group of very noisy French children running around and screaming and I... More

Really disappointed with the whole experience here. We pre-booked during the morning and turned up at around 3pm. The queue was extremely long, full of German and French groups. We pre-booked this as we had a child with ‘extra needs’ with us and was advised by staff here to pre-book so we could enter and not queue. I walked down... More

This is a really good family attraction that offers excellent value for money. We took two young boys who thoroughly enjoyed the experience which had lits of interactive things for them to engage in and the whole experience was very informative. Would definitely recommend.

Quite surprised by the caves, as they were bigger than expected. Nicely lit, with good interactive information - good for children. Slightly annoying having large (loud) school groups, but they quickly moved on. Lots of quirky bits and bobs!

we have come twice as it was so good, I like the way there are toilets and games during the caves. The talk at the start is really funny, a dos. Is The show half way round. This place has got a great gift shop with souvenirs, so goooooo to this place

We found this a great place to look around, very interesting and due to finding a £2 off per person code it was great value for money. We also found free parking in a residential road nearby.

Visited while on holiday in Hastings. 2 adults, 3 children. Cost £30 to get in, quite an interesting visit as you get to walk down into the caves and find out about the smuggler pirates years ago. Trip takes about an hour or so and there's a short film to tell you all about the pirate smugglers. At the end... More

great attraction. only downside was the initial corridor was very dark and spooked my 4 year old. Incredible amounts of underground storage used by smugglers and then later during world war 2 as air raid shelter
