A walk in the sun

We walked to Rottingdean along the under cliff walk and called in at the Marina before setting off. It was a really sunny day and we thoroughly enjoyed the walk.

They have the normal penny machines, doughnuts, chips, and junk grab machines that never grab anything. Nothing special but you don't pay to go on it so its not a big deal to walk down it.

I love going to the Brighton Pier. All the arcades are fantastic, it takes me right back to my childhood holidays. Fish and chips by the beach are expensive, but delicious and you can't help but go on a ride or two while you're there. A great family venue.

Have not been to Brighton for ages, and looked forward to walking along the undercliff. But the place looked tired, the beautiful railings were rusting and the concrete was in a very poor state. Come on Brighton, look after your beautiful heritage!

We came to Brighton for the day from Gatwick before a holiday flight. The walkway is worth a look with lots of querky little shops and cafés. It was a very foggy day unfortunately but I imagine it's lively on a sunny day.

Provided the day is a pleasant one, this walk can be quite fun along with being a great exercise. U need not complete the entire stretch just walking, instead take out time to savour culinary delights at multiple restaurants or just to gaze out at vast expanse of water and natural scenery.

Come On again part of the "GOOD OLD DAYS" holidays no trip would be complete with a walk along the Pier, best at dusk due to the view inland.

We are regular visitors to Brighton, but this was the first time we have been on the under cliff walk and it was spectacular. We stared at the marina after lunch and it took about 2 hours to walk to Rottingdean, a lovely refreshing walk.

Visited here recently with friends and had a lovely evening here. The view is amazing. There are plenty of options to choose from with great bars and restaurants in abundance. You can sit inside or outside so perfect if you have kids and want somewhere that it'll be okay if they make noise or run about the place.
