The Wheel of excellence is a good way of taking in an aerial view of Brighton, there is an audio narration by Steve Coogan which is quite entertaining and really what made the experience entertaining. I had absolutely zero interest in walking the pier so the wheel made a perfect escape option as I could see it all anyway.

It was a great experience going to the Brighton Wheel, because we saw the beauties of Brighton from the Wheel. However, the wind was a bit scary.

£8 per adult and we had the pod to ourselves (2 of us) and were on it about 15-20 mins. We went round 4 times, very good views out to sea and across the town. we was the first to go in it and there was no waiting. Great professional photos available if you want them and reasonably priced.

It looks impressive standing on the promenade. We paid £25 for a family ticket, I must admit to being a little puzzled as to why it was only about a quarter full when there was a queue, but I quess they must have a system! We refused to have our picture taken by the photographer, to save the pressure selling... More

While smaller than the London Eye it was still great fun with great views for a family trip! At £8 per adult it was reasonable value. We (5 of us) had a pod to ourselves which was good. You are guaranteed a minimum of 3 revolutions per trip, we got 5. It was a very windy day so we got... More

The Brighton Wheel is a great attraction. We were lucky enough to have a carriage to ourselves. The views over the coast are fantastic. The wheel goes round 3 times and there is an audio commentary. At first I thought that hearing the same info on each revolution was not great, I soon changed my mind when on each go... More

We went on the Brighton Wheel during our recent trip to Brighton and thought it was fab! Queuing didn't take long and we were given a capsule to ourselves to enjoy spectacular views! There is a photographer who takes 2 photos for you as an optional extra to your experience. We did buy the set but there is no hard... More

That's the name our 6 year old gave the Brighton Wheel, he plagued the life out of me to go on it so I caved and we rode it. It is smaller than the London eye but that also meant we had a pod to ourselves which was great when I screamed, asked The Lord to save me etc etc... More
