Took the railway back from the marina, but be warned it is quite a distance from the marina, and not at all well signposted. The trip itself was good rather than walking all the way back to the pier. Lovely views on a nice day.

Beautiful stretch along the cliffs. Would be a great thing to do when bringing children to Brighton.
Not well advertised or known about, but definitely worth a trip on this old classic attraction. We caught a return train from the Pier to the Marina & loved our little trip along the beach.
Great little electric train that runs from the pier to the Marina along the edge of the beach, reasonably priced return ticket and a very pleasant journey
This is a great way to travel from the pier to 'near' the marina. I saw 'near' as it is quite a hike to the marina and easy to get lost!
Not to be missed, young and old alike will love this scenic ride along the sea front - taking you all the way down to the Marina - not very expensive either.
This is a very old railway that runs along Brighton's shore from near the pier to Blackrock, near the Marina. I remember it well from when I travelled on it some 60+ years ago when I was a child and it has hardly changed in all that time. It is an inexpensive trip that is well worth trying.
A good little ride down to the Marina if you have trouble walking as its a fair distance away and its worth the ride. Lovely array of shops and eateries once you are there quite a continental feel to it.
It is just a small raiway that goes to brighton marina. makes a change from the bus. nothing amazing ,
Good way to get to the new marina which has a load of restaurants where you can watch the world go by
