Lots of quaint shops and cafés. My advice is to just wonder around lanes to discover your favourite cafe, tea room or quirky little shop.

Absolutely fascinating with so many different shops and eating places! Could spend a week here! (and a fortune!) Really good to just wander around - can't get lost as you eventually come out near the sea or the town and the Palace!!!

Apart from all the traders, the multitude of restaurants and pubs makes this a very attractive visitor experience.

Nice part of Brighton and we'll worth a visit. Quite expensive shops but if you want something different or special you will find it here. Lovely little cafés and shops.

Lots of cafes, pubs, and shops - from serious jewelry to second-hand bazaars. Fun to walk through day or night.

Quaint and, in places, historically interesting. Ideally visit on a wet afternoon on October to avoid the madding crowd.
