Brighton Pier is as expected--a carnival-like place with appropriate rides and food. We did enjoy sitting in the deck chairs and watching the sunset over the English Channel.

two arcade areas and amusement rides, good for all (most) ages. Lots of fun with a great view of the sea front, deck chair to sit on and enjoy the sunset with some seaside treats or a good old takeaway

Clean and tidy a pleasant walk. Friendly ride attendants with rides in a good state of repair. Chequer plate tracks for wheel chairs. Individual rides not cheap but all day wrist bands a real saving if you can do all the rides.

Nice place to visit - unusual and ideal to take a walk around the area. Free admission, deck chairs, food outlets on the forecourt and a traditional fish & chips restaurant. Perhaps not ideal for children due to the cash machines. Most of the rides closed in the evenings.

This pier is just gorgeous, stunning architecture and ceilings. Fabulous views all around. There is a really great atmosphere and it is bustling with people of every generation. There is something for everybody on the pier. Lots of food and refreshments served all along the pier, everything from jellied eels and traditional seafood and award winning fish and chips. You... The pier is a nice place, it's free, has deckchairs has a range of affordable food and drink options (if you know where to go) and is a nice thing for Brighton to have. You can't look at it in any more detail than that. Enjoy it for what it is.

A typical British seaside attraction with food stalls, slot machines, fairground rides and great views of the sea and coastline in all weathers. Well worth a stroll!

We made a short visit to Brighton and strolled along the seaside. I could imagine in sumner this place would be very busy with holiday makers, we visited in autumn and thankfully it was quieter. The Brighton Pier is one of those icon British working relics of a bygone Victoriana era, it is surprising it has maintained it's local interest... More

Brighton Pier is classic British seaside fair. Something for everyone. Great for people watching. Suitable for all tastes, ages and pockets. Lots of seating. Great for families with an array of attractions, food and drink. Good easy going atmosphere with everybody having a great time. It rejuvenated our faith in the human spirit. A great tonic. Go!
