Brighton Pier is a good old fashioned pier. We visited on a cold, windy wet Saturday afternoon, but it was great! There are places to eat, have rides on and lose money in the arcades. There is so much here it is difficult to realise that you are on a pier jutting out to sea, although the wind and rain... More

arcade games, a fun fair, dodgems, the waltzer, a few beers, fish and chips, fresh seafood stalls and doughnuts cooked in front of you and slathered in sugar. Happy days.

Wrap up warm if you go in winter as the sea breeze is freezing. Arcades good range of machines. Small fair at end of pier rides expensive. Worth a trip just to walk to the end.

Brighton pier is a blast from the past. Arcade machines of all sorts with modern computerised games thrown in. At the end of the pier is a small fairground but be warned the rides are expensive. There are fast food concessions and a few stalls selling sticks of rock and other holiday sweets. It's worth a visit.

The Brighton Pier offers an excellent view of the water while providing a fun family time with great games and good food. It can be a bit expensive but a nice way to spend the day.

Must see during Brighton visit, many places to have a drink and grab some food. Even better in a summer, where you can meet lots of new people, and the sunsets are beautiful from the pier!!

The pier is certainly worth a visit on your stroll around Brighton, lots of photo opportunities and sites to see. Nice and peaceful in places to take it all in and there is a nice pub in the middle to have a sit down and relaxing drink
