Enjoyed walking along the pier! Great light and a beautiful warm evening. People were enjoying all the rides. Sweet shops rather lacking in variety and quality products though.

Great time in the amusements and at the fair, buzzing at the weekend followed by a nice walk along the sea front, could spend hours there but have lots of change for the games they are addictive

The staff I've always found Friendly, especially the Dolphin Race at the end of the pier. Fun on its own but the staff make it great. All kinds of food available and plant of hours (and pounds) to be lost in the amusements. Best pier I've ever visited.

We visited the pier on Sunday, mainly for the fairground at the end and had a lot of fun. Get unlimited ride wristbands otherwise at four pounds a ride you will definitely feel ripped off. We did and went on rides again and again so got our moneys worth. The selection of rides on the pier are excellent, there is... More

The pier itself is very nice, albeit a bit pricey if you want to go on any of the rides. The staff are rude and seem to want to close up early whenever you go, even though its an hour until the official closing time. They start locking the doirs over an hour before closing time, and then stand there... More

A busy pier. Pickpockets paradise. Nice restaurant at the end of the pier as well as the rides. Expensive...if you want sticks of rock...cross the road.

I was so impressed with the management of the pier. There were free deckchairs ample refreshments, little information flags, fair and what a walk. Other pier managers should take note, this is how it should be run, not charging entrance fees so the people don't use it

We walked along the pier a couple of times during our stay. The weather was lovely in July so we enjoyed just going for a stroll. We played a few of the games and ate some junk food (including the worst churros I've ever had!) and enjoyed the view offered along the beach in both directions. There is plenty on... More

There are many food kiosks and pubs on the pier. Lovely attractions, fun for everyone. Definitely worth a visit.

The kids loved this even though it was raining. Get the wrist bands, its worth it asa long as you're there for enough time. The rides are great and its a thrill being on a rollercoaster at the end of a pier. The pier itself is obviously old - there are loose floorboards tempting you to drop through to the... More
