Lovely and cosy theatre which always brings a varied selection of shows to suit all tastes, from stand-up comedy shows to interviews to chilling Agatha Christie plays!

Despite efforts to improve the venue, it remains somewhat drab and worn looking. A member of the ATG organization, there is a wide variety of road shows throughout the year. Some productions are pre-London but most are not. Seating is not the best as the seats themselves are not comfortable. Best viewing is from the 1st row of the Royal... More

My friend and I went to see Annie Get Your Gun yesterday. Jason Donovan in the lead role was dreadfully out of key. I wondered whether he was unwell as his performance was so lack lustre, it was as if he just couldn't be bothered! The leading lady as Annie on the other hand was excellent and sort of saved... More

We saw a good show, but the theatre is very cramped and the view from anywhere other than front on isn't great.

This is the 3rd time I have visited this theatre this year and the 3rd time I have been disappointed. Artists sound muffled , can't understand whats been said and no air conditioning in August. They have the cheek to charge for seats the sam West End -unbelievable .
