We had some time to fill between our plans for the evening so we decided to skip our dessert and head on over for the Ghost Walk of the Lanes. Having been on a (rather dire) ghost walk before, we did go in with low expectations but honestly, it was SUPER! Really funny and charismatic host and kept our attention... More

I took my 6 year old son on this walk the other night as something different to do while away. We had Walker Julian that night so my review can only be based on his walk (but I'm sure the other walkers are of am equally good standard) Julian starts off my giving you are taste of the tour while... I'm delighted to hear how much you and your children enjoyed the Ghost Walk of the Lanes. We like to keep things light-hearted and appealing to all age-ranges. It's always nice to have kids on board as they all seem to enjoy the jokes and daft antics we frequently get up to on the walk. Thank you once again. I... More

This was great fun and the tour guide was a great actor! Stopping half way through the tour at a little pub and having a vodka shot 'fishermans friend' was interesting. The shots cost an extra £1 but it was worth it to see the inside of the Northern Lights pub. It was a very enjoyable 75 min tour.

Thank you for your kind review. I'm delighted to her you enjoyed your evening on the Ghost Walk of the Lanes and, moreover, our visit to Northern Lights for a tipple of 'Fisherman's Friend'. Thank you once again. Kind regards, Rob (Silas) More

Silas was pitch perfect as the stereotypical foppish English gentleman. He is a skilled performer who recites a wealth of knowledge about the city and its spectral inhabitants. He engaged our group thoroughly. The offer of a vodka shot at the Northern Lights bar, named after one of its ghostly inhabitants, was a welcome diversion from the usual ghost walk... More

Delighted that you enjoyed the Ghost Walk of the Lanes. Yes, we did, indeed, over-run that night. Seems I keep adding more and more bits of information and anecdotes. I think I may well have to soon advertise the walk as running a full 90 minutes. Thank you once again for your kind review. Pleased I was able to offer... More

Interesting stories. ..tacky props. The vodka shot should be part of the price.However..The walk was the right length of time and held our intention.

Many thanks for your review. I was pleased to hear that you enjoyed the stories. You’re right about the props, they are rather silly and tacky, which is exactly what they are meant to be. They are essentially used for a bit of fun with many of the families and children in mind. As for the Fisherman’s Friend, vodka shots... More

Pricey for what it offers. Personal view only so please don't take my word for it as it is a great concept.

Sorry you were disappointed by the walk and felt it a bit pricey at £8 adults, £4 children, £5 concessions and £20 for a family ticket (2 adults/2 children). We aim to offer good value and good entertainment on our tour of eight haunted sites. We also cut the price of many other guided walks that offer a lot less.... More

I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really informative and fun walk around the Lanes. Good value for money as it lasted 90 minutes and included lots of tales and entertainment.

So pleased you enjoyed the ghost walk; we aim to offer value for money. Sometimes we do tend to overrun and add the odd extra tale, or linger over a drink at Northern Lights. Thanks once again. Kind regards, Rob (Silas) More

Great fun for all the family Hidden gems of Brighton with a comical but slightly ghoulish edge. Just turn up and enjoy a fun walk with a refreshment stop part way round for the bravest
