Brighton beach has a lovely walk and has some lovely little shops and art galleries for you to look in.

A place to stay under the sun, with views, music and fun. Brighton is a great place to unwind.
The beach consists solely of pebbles but it was attracting lots of families (although how you push a pushchair in the deep pebbles is a mystery). There's a wide paved 'boardwalk' along the beach which rolls past lots of bars, shops and amusements at beach level. There were mad swimmers even on a wet April day!

This not what we are use to as we are from sydney but all in all it is very nice. The walk along the walkway is very good as you get to see the beach and all the shops along the way. The piers are great to visit also. Did have trouble walking barefoot on the pebbles so i suggest... More
