If you plan to come here expect very little. Its on two floors of what seems to be a large residential property. There are some bad fibreglass dino's, a papier mache Stegosaurus that made me laugh involuntarily, its so poor. A prop dinosaur from an old Jon Pertwee Doctor Who episode and some fossils and bits and pieces. If its... More

An interesting exhibition of dinosaurs, well labelled, we took our young Grandson and he enjoyed it. Will probably go again.

We have visited Dorchester before but never had the time to visit this particular museum, which was obviously a shame as it was very interesting inside. I wont give too much away as to spoil your visit, but very worthwhile.

The dinosaurs are breathtaking and are the highlight of the show but the staff member was very rude when asking about pricing.

Decent little place, quite expensive for what it is. Some rather dated interactive items for the children. My daughter is 3 and did enjoy the large dinosaur statues, overall an ok place to spend an hour - but no more.

Nice compact museum with some great exhibits and films to watch. Gets very crowded and is a small venue. When it is raining you will need to get there early. Lots of interesting exhibits and facts and figures. If your child like reading, they will enjoy it, if they don't it will be a very short visit

Me,my wife and our 16 month old boy went on 18/09/15. Its a small museum but quite good for little ones because our son enjoyed pressing switches and feeling the dinosaur like skins etc. A little dated and could do with modernising but a nice little place.
