I went on a Thursday morning with my 2 year old daughter. The lady at the counter was friendly. The entry price is £6 each (free for under threes). I wouldn't really call this a museum as much as a collection. It is 5 very small rooms, one of which is more of a gift shop. The life sized bears... More

Lovely vintage museum with some classic teddy bears ideal for little children. Also we had a free teddy bear as they were advertising the reindeer hunt for Christmas.

This is billed as one of Dorchester's top attractions, however, it is very small and has disappointingly few interesting bears. The collection includes several replicas of historic bears, but to my mind, this is cheating! There are large bears standing in room sets which are set up for you to take a photo with the bear. However, we were somewhat... More

Very expensive the entry but such a selection of teddy bears from Paddington tto winnie the pooh. It reminds me of my sister's childhood teddy bear collection.

Took my three boys to the Teddy Museum last week during our half term holiday as my middle son loves teddy bears and he had seen a leaflet advertising it. Unfortunately the leaflet conveniently doesn't mention the entry costs which are extortionate for the quality and size of this "museum". The leaflet does however boast that the museum has featured... Expensive with no 'original' bears. Hard to see how the owners can justify the entrance fee. Save your money and go for a walk!

A joy to look round - would give amusement to young and old especially if you like all kinds of Teddy bears. This includes the history of the Teddy Bear and special areas for Rupert, Pooh and Steiff bears.

What a little gem! A great place with all sorts of bears, in all shapes and sizes. Some from history and our childhood so well worth the visit. And we got a couple of 'little pets' to take home. Love it!

A bit surreal when you first climb the stairs, but fun and a lot of old memories rekindled. Well worth a trip.
