Nice food but very dear. Baugette was not cooked or warm thought it would be for the price nice to sit outside and watch people. Friendly service if a bit slow in service and wrong order taken down lucky the guy serving drinks read it back to us before being made. Very clean

A busy open area with a cafe/bar. Service at the bar slow and nothing happening other than a multitude of people passing by and noisy buses. The gardens are just across the road and much better for a rest. Only a place to linger if you want to people watch or waiting for someone.

We booked this place four adults three children. Never walked into such an unwelcoming place ever! First impressions not good, empty glasses and bottles in the doorway. A miserable and quite frankly rude waitress pointed at a small dirty table that was impossible to sit round, then proceeded to lay the table over the previous occupants food remains, unbelievable! We... More

Xmas in Bournemouth Square is an absolute delight. With the Xmas bar in place it is a fabulous place to go with friends, or on your own, because it is so friendly & people are always in the xmas mood. At any other time of year there are always things going on & it is a good space

The square was useful for accessing shops and buses to all locations. it is centre of Bournemouth. Lots of shops and shopping centre when weather is bad or for a shop til you drop experience. Cafes, garden with rockery and waterfall and big band, very entertaining.

Can't see why this is called an attraction - it's just a square surrounded by streets of shops and bus stops. It may appear better when there's something going on such as markets or street theatre, but it's just like the rest of Bournemouth.

The Bournemouth square is the crossing of the two halves of the shopping area, separated by the rather nice pleasure gardens. The square is a busy place, with buses and stalls and sometimes entertainment being offered. But alas it has two major problems. #1 It is dangerous. Yes strong words, but the polished stone slabs used are incredibly slippy when... More

Essential conduit for walking and cycling access to shops, buses, parks, restaurants etc. Always some street theatre going on, which may make you pause for a while or walk smartly on!

The Square in Bournemouth is merely a point where the streets come together in the centre of the town. There is an awful cafe run by the council in the middle of this small pedestrianised area. In the winter the German market is located here and worth a visit and there's sometimes some little displays but mainly it's full of... More
