Excellent full body massage and a pedicure. Good flexibility in appointment times. Good products used and really friendly staff. Clean and nice spa facilities, free towels provided and lockers. Very pleasant visit and very pleased with my treatments, which are reasonably priced and discounted for hotel guests :)

Me and my friends decided to all meet up and have dinner. On passing the hallmark hotel a couple of days prior I had seen their new menu advertised which looked lovely so I went ahead and booked a table for us. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man at the reception desk... More

Avoid this hotel it is not worth your money. We booked executive double room which on hotel website looked quite specious in fact was tiny, little and dark,we made a complaint and were moved to family room, in terms of space fine, rest terrible, bathroom: dust in towel rail, disgusting lime scale throughout the shower cabin, shower head not adjustable, jacuzzi bath out of... As a last minute booking, I decided to stay at this hotel after an evening out in Bournemouth and found it very relaxing and the staff very friendly. I didnt use the leisure facilities, but the other guests looked like they were enjoying themselves. Highlights were deep bath, dark curtains for a long lie-in and delicious breakfast, with lots of... Myself and friend got a voucher deal for spa and afternoon tea. Booked 6 weeks ago and there was not record of my booking (despite email confirmation). They sorted this out quickly no problem.so mix of good and bad. Bad: changing rooms are teeny tiny..its embarrassing. 1 shower. 1 toilet. Everything was just a bit grubby and falling apart (eg.... We booked this as a two day break as already in the area. We had a fantastic offer through lastminute.com as it was a secret hotel. They gave us a room on the third floor initially and even though we knew the lift was out of action thought we be ok but when we started to unpack my wife's asthma... More

I went with a friend to enjoy the Spa facilities at The Hallmark Hotel in Bournemouth in November 2014, but only felt prompted to share my opinions when I read a glowing report in 'Dorset Society' magazine yesterday; which was contrary to my experience. Whilst I felt that the layout of the spa area was good with the limited space... More

What a mistake.. Drawn in by promise of relaxing spa... If someone could do a photoshop job on me like they have on this hotel, I'd be thrilled!!! It looks nothing like the pictures!! Says its dog friendly.. Pah! Charge an extra £15 for your canine pal to stay and you are only allowed in the 'conservatory'.. I use that... More

We had received a voucher for us both for 'A pamper day and champagne lunch for two' and chose the hallmark in Bournemouth as we know the area as we have enjoyed many trips to this area over the years. We travelled 1-1/2 hours for this day and we're looking forward to the day on a cold February ideal time... More
