We visited the cinema on Monday evening, a very pleasant experience, good sound, standard seating ok, not the most comfortable but usual standard. Apart from People getting up and moving about during the film it was good. Why can't people get their food before they sit down? Will go again if in the area.

Just like most odeon cinemas, this one is expensive. Spent £18 on nachos, one medium popcorn and two drinks, alongside another £16 on tickets. It's small and the seats are a bit itchy but was a welcome refuge from the Bournemouth rain.

Disappointed with this cinema. Possibly the worst I've been in for a long time. We had to queue for sometime out side in the rain to get tickets because there was only one attendant. The foyer is small so there is also a queue to get to the screens. There is a bizarre seating arrangement of "premier seats" in the... More

This Odeon really didn't score highly for us unfortunately. We are visitors from London and originally were going to go to Empire but found ourselves at the Odeon which we regretted. Firstly, we tried to order a kid's snack-box from the food counter which is supposed to have the option of "Mini pick and Mix" which we were told wasn't... More

Took my son here for a mid week treat, after finishing his exams, to watch Jurassic World. This was being shown on Screen 1. The sheer size of the auditorium and screen make any film feel epic. The staff were fantastic and very well spoken, especially the young man in the popcorn kiosk. I would say the only negative point... More

I was looking forward to seeing the big screen outing of Spooks with my wife. We were in Bournemouth, so decided to try the local Odeon. The movie was being shown on screen 5 and what a disappointment! Very poor picture quality and the sound was appalling, my home cinema set up is better than this. Also, the main wall... More

Found out prices on their website & thought ok it's a one off.Went to pay & suddenly an extra pound was added on just because the film was an American blockbuster!!.How on earth can... More
