We booked Premier seats which were good to see Spectre. Better signage is needed for Screen 1 as you seem to enter through the exit. Also I was charged £9.15 for 1 Pepsi and 1 large popcorn which I thought was outrageous. Also a sqeeky door to toilets, no one heard of WD40!!

We booked 2 premier seats for Spectre. The seats are so uncomfortabe that my butt was aching before the ads were done playing. They are extremely firm, the backs are totally vertical and high so you cant even slouch or squirm much to get comfy. The armrests are hard plastic with no padding at all. The sound in this place... We went to Odeon for the first time to watch 'Home'. We've only ever been to Empire, Tower Park before. We walked in and where we had to go was quite easy to find. We bought two childrens packs for a very good price. All I have to say is that the seats weren't very comfy, and the premier ones... More

Watched "The Martian" and found the seats were very uncomfortable as the padding was worn flat. The seats are not tiered very much in screen 6 and if you have someone tall in front of you then you might struggle. With only one ticket counter open there was a bit of a queue which people had to stand outside whilst... More

Saturday night 6pm film paid over £10 each for "premier seats" which we both found uncomfortable. Usual exorbitant rip off charges for popcorn, sweets and drinks. When will they learn that charging less will actually increase their sales. Pure greed. Can they not work out why people are stopping going to the cinema. Masters of their own demise. Wake up!

We visited the cinema on Monday evening, a very pleasant experience, good sound, standard seating ok, not the most comfortable but usual standard. Apart from People getting up and moving about during the film it was good. Why can't people get their food before they sit down? Will go again if in the area.

Just like most odeon cinemas, this one is expensive. Spent £18 on nachos, one medium popcorn and two drinks, alongside another £16 on tickets. It's small and the seats are a bit itchy but was a welcome refuge from the Bournemouth rain.

Disappointed with this cinema. Possibly the worst I've been in for a long time. We had to queue for sometime out side in the rain to get tickets because there was only one attendant. The foyer is small so there is also a queue to get to the screens. There is a bizarre seating arrangement of "premier seats" in the... More
